Absolutely loved the breakfast! The room view was to beautiful! Very quiet as you are quite high up. And very central to all the shops and food area. Staff are very helpful.

Be prepared to climb up steps especially with luggage.

nice view. clean and comfortable rooms. breakfast was good, nice eating area. I liked being a 10 minute walk out of the main part of town. The hotel arranged mopeds for our use, which was very handy as well as a boat tour, which was really nice.

the rooms are not very sound proof, our neighbor was quite loud. There are many stairs to get to hotel, we didn’t mind it, but some may find it hard. To walk into the hotel property there are two barking, sad dogs in cages, it was a upsetting to walk past these neglected animals( which you do have to get used to in the Philippines).

Cozy accommodation with a beautiful view. A steep climb up a hill can be difficult for older people.

We had an incredible stay at El Nido Viewdeck Cottages! We rented a villa with a private pool, and it was everything we hoped for. The views were absolutely stunning—overlooking the bay and islands—and watching the sunset from our villa was unforgettable. The villa was spacious and well-suited for our family. The kids especially loved the spa room, which was such a unique touch. The overall vibe of the place was rustic yet luxurious, making it a perfect mix of comfort and charm. One of the great perks was the free breakfast, which was always fresh and a perfect way to start the day. The staff were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed, whether it was arranging tours, transportation, or answering our questions. Their hospitality really made the experience even better. The location is peaceful and tucked away, providing privacy and serenity. The climb to the villa is steep, so it may not be ideal for everyone, but the incredible views and tranquil atmosphere at the top are well worth it. If you’re looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in El Nido, we highly recommend El Nido Viewdeck Cottages. We liked being secluded and having our private pool! It overlooks the ocean and makes a nice morning and evening setting.

Not just this place but every place in El Nido has ignorant staff.

Everything was amazing. I stayed at a deluxe room with balcony for the majority of my stay and then one night in the villa with private pool. If it wasn’t for the pool, the villa wouldn’t be that great - the deluxe room is very spacious, tons of natural light and is definitely newer than the villas. The pool though has an amazing view and very refreshing water at all times. Breakfast is delicious, staff is more than helpful and attentive and always there when you need something. If I’m ever back in El Nido, definitely this will be my choice!

Coffee is pretty bad

The location is very good is located near to el nido town and to the corong corong beach, so a lot of times we didn't need to take a tricycle. The staff is very kind and helpful, they arranged our pick up from the airport and were very attentive with any query that we had. The breakfast is great, and it's helpful that they serve it from 6am, as most of the private island hopping tours start at 7am, so you can start them with a full stomach. The room was nice, it was comfortable, good AC, wifi, clean bathroom, and overall just great. Yes there are some steps to get up to the room, but it's like a 2 min walk up, nothing bad.

I experienced a miscommunication with housekeeping regarding the cleaning of my room. On the third night of my stay, I requested a full room cleaning. However, they only changed my towels and did not clean the room or change the linens. This service did not meet the standards I expected for the price I paid.

the view from the rooms, i had a seaview, were lovely and this spot is close enough to the main area of el nido that you can walk. the staff were helpful and the breakfast was good

the wifi was patchy, and as others have mentioned the stairs would be problematic for people with mobility issues. the walls must be thin as on arriving i was subject to a straight couple having a row in the room next door which i could hear every word of (not the hotel's fault, but obviously soundproofing could be a bit better). i would avoid staying here on a Saturday night, like i did, as the hotel opposite plays incredibly loud music until late into the night which was disruptive (again not the viewdeck's fault, but something worth knowing).

View deck was in a great location. The tuk tuks were always outside waiting and happy to take you to your desired destination. Breakfast was good. The stairs were a hike but every one commented on this so it was as expected. No pool unless in the villa that has it with direct access. Plenty of restaurants in town and boat tours easily booked.

The only comment would be on the two reception ladies who were not very welcoming or helpful. All other employees were ever so kind.
