The staff are super efficient in the check in and check out process. They provided options when there were some things to sort out. They also explained the current situation and facilitated the requests made. Overall, with the staff, and especially the location, this is a great place to stay when doing business and also exploring the urban heart of the old city district of Iloilo.

Some of the amenities listed in the Booking.com platform (hair dryer, for example) were not there. Also, while it is appreciated that dental kita were provided, a hand soap on the bathroom sink would have been basic in most hotels, even the budget ones. But, overall, it was worth the money since the most basic conveniences because of the location has made the trip more or less efficient.

The staff were very accommodating and discrete. The beds were comfy and the bathroom has the basic toiletries. Also, the curtains were heavy and thick enough to block out the light outside. The breakfast was simple but of quality preparation. Also, you can't beat the strategic central location in the heart of Iloilo City. It is located within the city's downtown district, near the heritage buildings and streets.

The bathroom did not have a hair drier. The air conditioning needs updating. At times the AC was too loud. While the Wi-Fi was quite strong, it was not very consistent in other parts of the room. These are just, however, minor conditions. But, largely, this hotel is really worth the money

The staff were accommodating. They also made sure that the other details of the booking were in place. I requested an accessible room with a window and the staff was able to facilitate it. The rest of the staff were also very attentive. The stay was generally restful.

The curtains need updating. Some parts of it were torn and show wear and tear. Also, the black out curtains also need adjusting so they can properly serve their purpose. The bathroom sink also needs a bar of soap, even just a small one. But overall, the minor inconveniences does not really present a substantial bother since the stay was just to rest and sleep.

The staff was accommodating. The check in and check out processes were efficient and straightforward. Overall it was a restful stay. This place is within the heart of downtown Iloilo and is within accessible distance to commercial establishments.

Sleep was mostly peaceful but the air-conditioning unit is a bit noisy. While it still works and perhaps just needs maintenance, the hotel may need to upgrade soon. The hotel can also remind their room attendants to keep their gossiping and banter along the hallways to a minimum or tolerable volume especially in the morning when some guests might still be asleep.

Upon arrival, the security guard greeted and assisted us until we got to our room since I have a 4-year-old kid with me and had a little bit too much with me. We were able to check in an hour early than our check-in time which was really helpful because we stayed there mainly for work. The housekeeper tended to us quite impeccably. However, the concierges though were helpful, I feel like they didn't really want to answer my queries. Also, even though we brought our own hygiene kit, there weren't any in our room.

What they could improve in our room probably is the menu. There weren't any in our room unlike with the other hotels we stayed at so, we just opted out ordering at Food Pandas instead of inside the hotel.

Room very nice, kingsize bed, nice shower, strong wifi, good airco, helpfull staff, watercooker for the coffee

The breakfast, when we came 5 years ago, maybe the best breakfast of all the hotels we had visit before, so the expectation was very high. But we were surprised that we were alone there. Only 3 menus from which 1 unavailable and not to much good. It was not expensive. Only 220 pesos each.

Close to downtown and the port. The bed was comfy, and the hotel was clean. Staff were nice and welcoming.

Our room did not have a number and hotel windows were quite dirty. A kettle in our room was broken - it started spilling water instead of turning off. The kettle smelled of burnt plastic.

Location Staff are friendly Clean Good value for money

Not a dislike but more of a comment: hotel is old and it shows with the facilities and facade but we had a comfortable stay and rooms were clean so not really a hindrance. Again, you get what you paid for

The room is clean and very accessible ang malls, restaurants and some tourist spots ng downtown Iloilo.

It's better if they have complimentary breakfast included.
