The place was neat, tidy, and spacious. The dormitel was also strategically located near the malls and stores which makes it convenient. It also does not have a curfew, but is safe since they have a guard roaming around the premises. Additionally, we enjoyed the dual temperature (hot and cold) option for the shower, it's convenient to use plus they have a mini fridge inside the room!

We did not get to enjoy watching on tv since the wifi we had was low in connection yet the other room we booked have a much better connection, they also serve breakfast at 7 am. It's good but, people that starts their day at 6 am should search for rice outside to eat early.

I see this location as west edge of Iloilo city proper, You can walk 1km to Plaza Libertad, 2km to Bacolod fast craft port, in hot daytime and with heavy bag it would not be easy walk. Meanwhile good location for westward(southbound) destination such as Molo, Mohon and Mia-Gao since Jeepney to Molo/Calumpang/Mohon drive near the hotel, Molo church/plaza/mansion are good nighting spots, Mohon has southbound terminal for jeepney and Ceres

The room, which was Family was really spacious. The bathroom was clean and big; cabinets are a bonus; really good aircon; I especially liked the pillows because their thick; blankets too..

1. I would rate the location 5/10 -- BUT, i must be fair with One Lourdes Dormitel because I really like it there. The thing is, the Dormitel is near the market that is currently under renovation/construction, so going there through a street that's narrow and crowded kinda gives the Dormitel a negative impression. 2. I'm not really sure, but I do recall slightly when I booked for the room that it comes with free breakfast? And now when I'm rating the Dormitel, one question was "How do you like the breakfast?". So, maybe I did booked for a room with breakfast. Thing is, we never got the free breakfast and the staffs never mentioned about it.. 3. The staffs need more training and seminar on Customer Service. Manners really matters. 4. The view outside my window was hideous.

As someone who is currently in WFH setup, I'm always keen to check the reviews regarding the internet connection and One Lourdes Dormitel didn't fail me on this aspect. T'was best but of course the speed will still rely on number of users on the floor. Location wise, you can walk to Robinsons Iloilo. Good thing, I was able to claim a spot since I only booked the room a few days due to cancelled booking from another hotel. And I was also on my ACE task at the clinic, a few meters away. The staff was also considerate to let me nap in their lobby since I arrived earlier before the check-in time.

Tv connection but I guess I wasn't really into it since I was focused on my work.

The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The room and entire Dormitel are extremely clean. I did not even see an ant or any other bug the entire 7 days I was there. The AC was so cold I had to turn it on low. It was 1 block from the Robinsons Mall and multiple food options. If I return to Iloilo City I will stay there again.

The shower pressure in my room was not very good but I was still able to shower just fine. Just took a bit longer than normal to shower.

It is located in the city center. for the price paid it is ok.

Elevator is turned off during the evening until 7am. We have to carry our heavy luggage downstairs for an early check out.

The aircon was excellent. Quiet place though near the busy streets and market. The room was very clean. Staffs were friendly and polite.

It was few meters to robinson’s place. They have 5G coverage where I stayed

The elevator was not available when we checked out and no one helped with our luggage. No kettle available in the room and the fridge was not working

I love the size of the bed, and how air-conditioning works perfectly well.

Unfortunately no bidet plus the shower head seems old and rusty
