I was surprise with the room! I call it small but terribly big enough to fit 4 people in the room. The breakfast was amazingly good. The location is in the middle of everything and very close to the airport which is what we choose. The staff was all very hard working especially our cook, he does help you with your luggage and laundry as well as cleaning the rooms upon check out. He is just a jack of all trades. ah it's not a big deal but the shower water was a bit slow

spacious room, lots of space to move around in Everything works, solid wifi (good enough to stream shows), comfy bed, clean sheets and environment. Free shuttle from the airport and the staff waits for you already by the time you get out (earlier than what you requested), very timely. Comfortable shuttle ride and kind driver and staff. Breakfast food was basic and heartwarmingly delicious (rice, local pork and beans stew, fried egg omelette with brinjal, bacon and sausages). The staff gave me second helpings of rice, kept warm in the rice cooker. He also cut up a mango as dessert for me. Lovely guy

The room could use brigther lights/more lights, felt very dim in the room. Doesn't have a electric water kettle or hairdryer. (Not sure if they were supposed to have them or not. You can get water from water dispenser in the hallway) Not sure what floor cleaning agent was used for the floor, the floor feels waxy. Didn't like that, felt like my feet was sticky.

Surprised by how clean and organised the room is. It is also spacious and comfortable. Our room fits up to 6 people. You have glasses and a mini fridge in the room and a water dispenser in the hallway. The AC is freezing cold too. We also opted the Hotel Service massage promo of the Spa across the street whereas Amaris guests have 10% discount. (495php instead of 550php for 1hr massage - dont forget to TIP your therapist) We weren’t expecting a breakfast but found out in the morning that we booked a room with free breakfast and it was a very good one for a B&B. They prepared a buffet of sausages, eggs, pork chops, rice, pancakes, hot and cold drinks and their dining room had this rustic ambiance. Seats needed a little bit of dusting but we didn’t mind it but appreciated their effort on decoration instead.

You have to climb the stairs up to the next level.

We appreciate Jen from front desk. She welcomed us with such beautiful smile and she is very helpful in everything we ask. Ian, who sent us to the airport is very friendly and informative. Over all, Amaris has made our stay very convenient and comfortable. The free ride to the airport is such a BIG PLUS!

No breakfast buffet during our stay which I was looking forward to but they compensated us with breakfast delivered to our room.

Our family of 5 had one day to spend in Cebu before our long flight to Canada. The staff is very friendly, from lending me their phone to order food online to organizing everything for us. Picking us up from the airport and helping us get a driver/vehicle to tour Cebu for 8 hrs. They also suggested places to go, really enjoyed the flower garden and temples. Very clean rooms, my kids really enjoyed the bunkbeds, best breakfast we had in a long time! Very budget friendly hotel, really appreciated the free Shuttle. can't imagine getting a 2 taxi's to and from the airport to fit all our luggages. Will definitely be back again, hopefully longer next time!

We, a family of 5 arrived on 24th December with a 2 hours delay at 23:20 h at the airport. The team from the Amaris hotel was there to pick us up to transfer us to the hotel. The location close to the airport was brillant as we had an early morning start. The rooms are spacious and clean and we were also served a breakfast in the morning. Very recommendable, we would stay there again.

The water pressure in the shower was rather a trickle than a flow.

This was a great room for a family. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the hot chocolate with the breakfast. The breakfast was really good. The staff was helpful in organizing us a tour to the islands last minute and that was very much appreciated. The hotel was incredibly clean, both the room and reception area. The hotel was also kind to hold our bags for us while on the tour.

It was no problem for us, but there is a flight of stairs to the reception area, which could be difficult for people with mobility issues or small children. But the hotel let us know so that was great.

I just was there for one night, room was spacious and clean. The staff was really nice, the had airport transfer and picked me up/dropped me off. Location is maybe a bit far from town but for me just for that night to catch my flighr in the morning was perfect. Breakfast was local, with toast, eggs, meat and bacon and rice but thats the usual

It is quiet, clean, bed is quite huge, staff is so helpful. Great for family or group booking. Breakfast is good and they even they serve our breakfast in the room probably bec we are the only one who didn’t eat yet, which was nice.

It doesn’t have an elevator, which is just fine, except we have one elderly with us.

Would for sure recommend! We were staying there when we arrived to Cebu in the night and then we decided to reserve it also a night before our flight back how satusfied we were. Very comfortable beds, big room, big and tasty breakfast, everything very clean and only 10 mins from airport with free shuttle ( you only have to pay when arriving in the night). The staff was really lovely, helping us with anything we needed!
