The location is super close to the airport. We had an early morning flight so this was a great idea to get a room close to the airport. We were able to get into both rooms right away upon check-in, the rooms were ready. We pick up my husband in the evening and they dropped us all off again in the morning. Check-in and check-out was smooth. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were clean with hot shower and bidet.

The other room where my mom and kids stayed in was super warm that they had to request a fan because the AC wasn't enough. I told them in advance that there will be 3 people in the other room but they didn't add the extra bed in advance, although they were quick to do so.

The hotel’s accessibility to the important places I needed to go to was commendable. The bed was also spacious enough for me to invite 2 teenager nephews/niece for 2 nights. Breakfast tasted good and it satisfied my Filipino food craving.

They forgot to clean up my room after asking and reminding them twice. At first, my request was beyond the time limit of room makeup, so I just moved it to the next day. But when I came back in the evening, my room was still not cleaned. I wanted to have it made up before my husband arrives at midnight.

The room had a view, it was spacious and had a very good ensuite. It's proximity to the airport made for hassle free travel. The shuttle service was efficient. We were able to leave our bags at the motel, until we were ready to catch their shuttle service to the airport. The mall was a short ride and easy to access by jeepney or taxi. The staff were wonderful.

There were no obvious restaurants or shops within walking distance. Personally, staying in Cebu City would be a better option if staying longer than a day or two as need to catch taxi/grab to/fro and cost adds up. No information on tourist attractions or activities. However, we found it difficult throughout the Philippines to obtain information, an oversight as I probably should have purchased a guide like Lonely Planet

the hotel location was convenient for our trip. hotel provided us with transport from arrival international to departure domestic flights the following day. friendly and accommodating staff. deluxe room was a big one. I like the bed medium firm/softness.

we only stayed 1 night. the man who helped us with our bags did not orient us how to used their TV. no matter what I do TV was non function. such a shame because Im one of those people who still appreciate tv program.

Breakfast was delicious and varied. Included scrambled eggs. Room was clean. Staff were lovely even the security people. It is a bustling small hotel in lapu-lapu

There wasn’t a shuttle to meet us so we hired a van. $18 USD to the hotel from the airport, it’s a fair distance thru heavy traffic. No answer when we called the hotel. I will send a text before hand next time Hotel is amidst power lines and a very busy somewhat run-down area. Although the amenities of the hotel are excellent. It might be a good stay for business but not a “touristy” area

This was perfect for our needs staying overnight between flights. Very near the airport and free airport shuttle with reliable service put our mind at ease when travelling in a new city Attentive and friendly staff Good free breakfast, and restaurant on site was very handy and food was decent- we were tired after flight and didn't fancy walking about the streets in the dark so that was good. Also provide a minibar service and kettle in the room which was perfect for us having got off a long flight!

The location was good, close to the airport. The room itself was nice and big. Breakfast was good too. The restaurant offered good options.

The air conditioner barely worked, so it was always hot in our room. When I booked the room, I was promised two beds, but we only got one. So my son had to sleep in the same bed with me and my wife. Having food delivered to our room was always inaccurate.

The service was exceptional, with all the staff being nice, polite, and professional. The room was comfortable. Location is close to the Airport and they provide free shuttle. Overall, I was extremely happy with my stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

One of the bathroom walls was glass, allowing a view of the bed and vice versa, and the walls were thin. Although there were window blinds, it still felt lacking in privacy.

Really close to the airport, than perfect to those are looking for an accomodation just for a quick stopover (free shuttle from/to airport available). Kind staff, big room and a confortable king site twin bed (superrrrr)

The room has good lighting, floor to ceiling window, and comfortable bed, working TV and AC. We also liked the breakfast buffet, the variations were enough and they are of good quality, and tasted good. They provide free airport shuttle service, pick up and drop off. The staff were accommodating and polite.

The room service wasn't proactive in providing the replenishment toilet paper and bottled water. We stayed for 3 nights and every day we had to inform/ask the front desk about the replenishment. We noticed minor issue with the water pressure in the shower, it was low compared to the sink, not sure why.
