This resort is simply perfect. The owners and staff are really nice and are always trying to make your stay better. You have two pools that in our case were always empty and we enjoyed them a lot. The food in the restaurant was really good for us and it is a really calm place to relax (even if in our case another resort is being constructed really close, but this is not something bad, it is just the situation these days). We also met a lovely dog that is living in the resort. We definitely recommend this place and we take really good memories back home. Thank you all for everything.

The hotel is not in a town and you will need a transport, motorbike or something to move around. Not something bad, just a recommendation.

It was such a lovely, peaceful, relaxing place. The rooms looked and felt more high-end than their price, especially the garden villas which had their own spacious balconies and even a pocket lily pond. The staff was AMAZING. Just such a wonderful overall experience.

They didn’t have lunch service and had a small menu, so the choices were limited. For people who don’t really want to venture out of the resort (transportation isn’t the easiest on the island), it means repeating food. That said, everything was tasty and the portions were generous so this isn’t a deal breaker by any means.

Superb restaurant! Love the spacious sitting area in the Catarman room(pool villa). Love the decor. Fantastic spa service. Top notch staff! Very professional.

Villa with the pool has a family of sparrows sharing the room which is fine except the bird droppings get into the sitting area and the pool! Probably a better thing to take out the blinder box which houses the family of sparrows.

# 1 hospitality…everyone on the staff, from the reception to the porter to the restaurant crew, massage therapists and owners made us feel welcome and relaxed. Most any desire we had was met with great enthusiasm. The food! let me tell you how great it was. Every order is made fresh, no reheating pre-prepared dishes, every entree is made to order ! Think about that! so be prepared to wait a few more by minutes before your meal arrives because it will be worth it. We left very happy! Thank you, thank you ! Peter & Miles

Gorgeous hotel with all you could ask for. Staff was super helpful, gorgeous grounds and very comfortable room. Location was super convenient very easy to get transport to nearby restaurants.

Massage was just ok, restaurant menu was a little limited. Since the hotel was so central though, we were able to find lots of other options.

I am exceptionally grateful for the overall service we received all throughout our stay, especially with our unusual circumstances when we arrived. Alessandra and every staff we had the pleasure to interact with were warm and accommodating. I’m looking forward to coming back to Balai sa Baibai.

We had a wonderful stay here. We loved it that its private and quiet. Place was welcoming and I like that all the staff are friendly and nice especially Rachel (she was the receptionist and she was our tour guide, very informative). Love the full massage too! Will stay here If I come visit Camiguin again! :)

tours and transport costs roughly 3-times higher vs DIY/arranged locally (absolutely no reason to pay 3500php pp for a Mantigue Island tour… or 800php for 15min ferry transfer)

Everything was perfect. The attention of the staff and the room were amazing. If we have the chance to go back to Camiguin we will stay in this hotel for sure!

Hospitality is top-notch, owners are very hands-on with our needs; the place is designed really well, it was a really nice getaway, and the food takes time to prepare but tastes good always. All our requests were accommodated!

Lack of personal care products you'd expect for the price - complimentary toothbrush and lotion. But other than that, everything was spectacular.
