The staff are so friendly, attentive and accomodating. They always love to help when needed. Comfy bed, pillows and comforter.

There were small cockroaches in the room. Plenty of them. I thought I saw only one. ' Killed it but when I arrived from my business meeting in the evening, I was surprised when I switched on the light that I saw again some roaches crawling around.

Its my first time to have a loft kind accomodation... Its okay... My stay was good. Twas near everuthing.

This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel. Ive stayed again because i am amazed at the first time! But this time i am a little dissapointed...😢😢😢 The SHEETS are not CHANGED!!! Hair are everywhere! And pillow wasnt smell great... 😢😢😢 Good thing, when i called at the reception they immidiately change my linen. Also, the front guard wasnt helpful my luggage was so heavy he doesnt care to help me.😢

The room was great, clean, comfortable, and the style is different; it's very unusual to hotels to have a mezzanine modern minimalist-style. I think its less furniture makes it more like a Japanese home. Adding colors such as greens (ornamental plants) would be a perfect staycation to relax and unwind.

It would be more convenient when they fixed the socket outlet near the sink for the kettle of room 512. TV is not yet connected to cable or any channel provider or maybe not yet properly set-up for guests.

The space was maximize, I like it. The staff were polite and very accommodating. The place was clean especially the bathroom, everything was working properly!

The fact that we rented the place as 2 guests but there were only one chair that was provided. And some of the neighbors were noisy to which is completely understandable because the hotel have no control over it.

The staffs are so accomodating,helpful and friendly. The location is near foodchains even a 7/11 which is open 24/7,grocery stores,drugstore,public transpo and the staffs even books ride for you when you need help(as we were going to the airport and it was drizzling). The rooms are pretty nice(booked twice)and clean and even the whole property is well cleaned.

The towels have some wet dog smell, the setup (2nd floor bed) wasn't very comfortable, and the bed sheets were slightly making me feel itchy. Minor comments: no free bottled water, complimentary toothpaste tasted weird, and room phone has some damage.

We like the location as it is very near Taft Ave., and LRT and public vehicles are very accessible. There's free unlimited water and toiletries. There's a kettle so we didnt have problems in making coffee! Also you wont have any problem buying food coz food stalls are everywhere! The TV channels are working good as well. We have saved money here unlike with other accommodations. We definitely recommend Airobedz Manila!

No doormat for CR. When we checked out the elevator is not working.

This hotel has a good price, nice staff and good location. The room is fine for taking a sleep after enjoying nights in Manila.
