The staff was always there to support whatever needs that came up. There's free drinking hot/cold water in the hall way. It's a compact property but very well-organized. There are small shops around so you can always have access to local food. It's also close enough to the LRT station, line 1, that connects to a lot of other parts of the city.

If you are not a deep sleeper, the sound from some rooms could be of concern but you can always so ask for a quiet room. I had no problems with it though.

I stayed at this place for one night as I had a flight to Singapore the next day. The standout feature of this accommodation is its convenient location. It’s just a few minutes away from the LRT Gil Puyat Station, making commuting hassle-free. There are also nearby fast-food options and a 7-Eleven for quick meals and essentials. Another great feature is the 24/7 front desk service, ensuring assistance is always available. Additionally, they provide free drinking water with dispensers conveniently located in the room, which is a thoughtful touch.

However, the Wi-Fi in my room was weak. I raised the issue with the front desk, and while they attempted to resolve it by restarting the router, the connection remained poor. As I was working during my stay, having a reliable internet connection was crucial, so this was a significant drawback for me.

Internet connectivity was my primary concern since I saw from other reviews that the mobile reception was bad. Thankfully the accommodation has good internet activity in the lobby and the rooms. Private bathroom for each room, it was small but you get the privacy.

They should update the room description that budget room doesnt include air-conditioning. It doesnt bother me but other travelers might complain for it. Also budget room only provide you with a bath towel and tooth brush but there was no toothpaste, no shampoo and no soap which I was not informed about when I booked. Although it was partially my fault because the listing did say it only includes Free WiFi and did not say free toiletries, air-conditioning. Needless to say, people who books for budget room need these stuff to be reminded again upon booking.

I like how it is near the market. I stayed for 3 nights and it is comfortable enough for me and my sister. The location can be pinned easily, so it is fine. There are CCTV's, and security, and the front desk runs 24 hours so we feel safe. We are first timers to stay in such a place that's why security is very important. It is affordable specially for those people who wanted a short stay, and better book early for discounts.

However, the internet is sometimes slow, so if you really need a fast internet connection, better ask the staff. It is clean but a little bit dusty, I have an allergy to dust that's why I need to put on a mask when I sleep. Better bring lint remover if you are too sensitive to dust.

The location is very accessible . If you want to go to MOA just walk a litte bit to the highway and find a multicab or e-trike. For only 20-30 pesos per person. Or if you wanna go to Divisoria you can ride LRT or Jeepney.

Honestly i am very allergic to dust. And I dont think they clean the under bed well its really dusty. Also, the pillows are low quality, its really thin. And the towels I had to request new sets because it seems like its not properly dried and it smells a little. And lastly, i dont like the toiletries, shampoo and soap are liquid hence no label its like a soap dispenser in a restaurant that only looked like a handwash and its doesnt work properly. Better bring your own toiletries.

Cheap, Clean, Quiet, Near train station and Malls

The staffs were so nice, polite and very helpful. The lobby is very cozy and presentable. Value for money. Their water heater in the bathroom was nice it's digital and easy to use. There is a power outlet beside the bed and a lamp too and a lot of power outlets to choose from all over the room. They have a lot of mirrors and the room has two sinks which is nice.

The AC does have some dust and its location is not ideal cause it faced the wall post. They put an improvised piece of carton to divert the air coming from the AC's. They didn't provide toiletries (toothbrush, tissue). The towels are a bit thin and not that water absorbent. The pillows were too thin too as well as the pillow cases and some stains are visible. So far with all the hotels or AB&B to that i have booked before this is the only palce that t here is a power interruption for two consecutive days between 11am-2pm during my stay, however they have given me notice during my check in.

I liked the location though it might not suit everyone. It was about 3km to nearest bar but Leveriza street itself is an interesting one, full of life, small shops and basic eateries. There's a 24 hour cafe very close by. The sky train is only less than 1km away which I found very useful Free water at the hotel and the smart, very polite staff were a nice cushioning welcome after a long flight and arriving in this manic city!

No hot water in shower but for the price I have no complaint

It's cheap. Easy check in and check out. Strong wifi signal, in my room at least. Fine place to crash at for 1 night.

Room is actually really really small. The bed won't even fit anyone taller than 1.85. Given the price I wasn't expecting toothpaste and toothbrush as courtesy items but at least toilet paper... Should be the minimum standard in any accomodation no matter the price. Had to buy it myself instead.
