I like the location of the place and how the unit is really good for a family. Host was super accommodating. We needed to extend our stay since I am in the area for a training and good thing the host was able to let us stay for another day. Location is near gas station, supermarket, fast food restaurants and my training center.

What I don't like are the small cockroaches in the unit. I suggest maybe they could call a pest control so the small cockroaches will be eliminated. I mean there are times when the cockroach would crawl on the wall beside the bed. But overall experience for me was good. But I really suggest that they pay attention to the pest crawling at the unit.

Staff was welcoming and responsive quickly to our queries.

It's not something I didn't like, but just something I was not aware of and accustomed to, as it is not common in my country and other countries that I have visited; and that is the rule not to dispose used toilet tissue into the toilet bowl and flush. Would be good if the hotel can clearly advise guests from other countries not accustomed to this practice on what to do here.

I stayed for 5 days and it feels like home. The owner and her staff Ms. Rica provided everything I needed on my stay and also helped me with my luggage upon arrival and on my departure. The unit is clean, the linens and towels were spotless, complete with kitchen utensils, toiletries and cleaning materials. There is also a daily garbage collector every 7:30pm. Everything you will need at home were all here. Thank you Ms. Mariel and to your very humble staff Ms. Rica for assisting me and providing everything I needed during my stay. All the facilities are working well, and the room is very nice, including the view. The WiFi is excellent, which I appreciate the most. Additionally, during our stay, the owner of this condo was highly responsive, allowing us to ask questions about the unit or anything else. I would highly recommend this hotel – a rating of 10000 out of 10, I promise! We plan to come back soon. Choose this condo; it's safe and very convenient, especially regarding transportation.😍😍😍😍 cute pa nag stay lalo na cumute unit jk!!🤣

I honestly don't have anything negative to say about the property; I like everything about it. 100000 our of 10🫶

Stayed in a 2 BR unit, clean, with fast internet and netflix. Better for a family of 4 rather than staying in 2 rooms in a hotel. We were able to cook and do laundry. Walking distance to church and grocery, with a 7/11 and a bank downstairs. The building is secure with secure parking.

The only downside is that there were homeless people at the corner of the street who ask for change, not sure if this was because it was Christmas season or if they are there all year round. But this isn’t the owner’s fault

1. Well we enjoyed the view at the first instant. 2. The double beds were big enough for the four of us. 3. We learnt how to use the hose where the toilet was. (lol) we never knew how to use it back in our country. Great experience. 4. I enjoyed watching all the documentaries on Youtube. Very educational. 5. The wifi was free during our time here. Absolutely great!

In one of the other rooms, i think the aircon was not working. Maybe that could be fixed. Otherwise we had the door to the other room with the table in open so the cool air could come through. The other thing, couldn't watch news on channels like BBC, ABC SBS, couldn't watch State of Origin Test as big fans of rugby league in our country.

Rica the main contact and the owner were easy to work with, very pleasant and very accommodating. Location was perfect for our needs. Robinsons Mall close by, Jollibee around the corner, 7-11 and BDO bank downstairs. Parking available for a fee, units clean, security on duty, and easy access to the units. Would highly recommend if the location fits your needs.

Definitely the best accommodation I have stayed in manila. There are plenty of food shops nearby and all of the staff are extra friendly . My room had everything you would expect to get in a hotel and great views from our 10th floor apartment. Will definitely stay there again when I return in May. I paid nearly double the price in the last hotel I stayed in, and it was not as good .

The whole process was smooth. We didn't meet the host personally and the payment was done through bank transfer. The guards on the condo lobby were not fuzzy with the identification. The key was in the room and there was no need to collect it from anyone, once the guard allows you to go, that's basically the check-in procedure.

The cooktop is a hotplate (much difficult for cooking), but I expected induction. Also, some kitchen tools were not complete like the bowls, knife wasn't sharp enough, there weren't any kitchen towel/paper, hand and dishwashing soap. Overall, these are just minor things that we had to think about in their property.

Decent and has good facilities

Extortion price and pool is not even included £150 per head just to use the swimming pool. Very filipino charachterism like you have to pay to drink tap water? If pool is not included in the rates this needs to be mentioned clearly and right at the front centre of the page, people are confused. And the price needs to be amended because thats a lot and you cant even use the pool. All you do in the room is sit and stare at yourself.
