i am always booking this hotel. that is a very nice and central located place. and the personal are the best. if you search a burj al arab, or you go with your camera and filn every corner of bathroom,... better you book another hotel. this is in my mind a very nice and good hotel and the price / comfort factor is very good.

what i like the most was the customer service of the 2 ladies in the reception. They are very friendly and fun to chat. I believe the name of other 1 is Joy and I forgot the name of the other lady.

the TV in our room was not clear and blurry and can't even see the screen

Their rooms are surprisingly amazing! And their staffs are very kind and helpful especially the manager at the frontdesk I've met in the lobby. I was about to approach her to ask the direction going to the supermarket but she approached me and asked if I need some assistance. She showed me the directions and even guide me to the mall. Keep it up!

There is something wrong with the shower because hot water was not functioning well that's why I asked for an assistance to the Reception and immediately they fixed it right away

The room is quite and there was nothing could have disturbed my sleep but myself.. The staff are helpful and they are fast, also the guards. Because I was under quarantine and they had to deliver my food to the room.. thank you!

WiFi is slow and sometimes I’m having some trouble connecting.. And there was cockroaches.

We stayed with friends last week and the service was awesome! Staff were very accommodating especially the girl at the frontdesk. She gave us late check out since we checked in late due to room availability and she made sure we got everything we needed. Overall, we had a great experience

Traffic can get quite bad so chose the location based on what you want to explore

Love this place. My friends and I have done extensive research on different places to stay in this area. For the price and what you get out of it is more than worth it. The decor in every room is like art. Very spacious and clean. Thank you to the girl front desk staff for exceptional service and making everything smooth for me and my friends.

Very relaxing and not too far from establishments is just a plus point for me. I love how the staff were very warm, friendly and helpful. Another plus factor for us is the interior of the room, clean and spacious, great design rooms. We will surely come back and will highly recommend this to our family and friends!
