Got upgraded to suites!

An elevator wasn't working. Since there a conference going on during my stay, this made the queues longer than they should be.

The room they assigned us for this stay was very nice! I like that there’s a gym, and that the hotel is connected to the mall. But, Eastwood is a city in and of itself, so guests will want for nothing in terms of food places. As a hotel guest, you’re entitled to 1 free car pass per day. It’s my new favorite hotel in Manila.

The wifi was a little unpredictable in the room. Maybe, it’s the location of the room. Also, the gym equipment could be upgraded to newer, better models. A lot of guests, me included, choose hotels that have a gym. Nonetheless, the gym is sufficient.

Its connected to the mall , lots of places to eat, great staff.

Clean but there is still cocroches found! One elevator working for all 39 floors , one point its so busy waited for 40 mins . I think what they shoukd do is when they know there is a lot of check ins or events happening in the hotel they should activated other elevetors so its not just one elevetor working for 39 floors! its annoying!

Room was big, looked nice and luxurious.

The swimmingpool is a joke - its about 150cm on one end and 40cm on the other end. Its on 39th floor, but its walled, so there is no view. But the worst part of this hotel was the breakfast. I think its the first time in my life I have been to a hotel breakfast without single piece of fruit or vegetable. There was lot of fried stuff, cornflakes and that's about it. To drink only iced tea and drip coffee. maybe there was water, I couldn't find it. Also, the booking said 55USD, when I got to paying, it was over 70USD. Why cant you just state the price at the beginning?

We really appreciated the courteous & helpful staff throughout our stay. We had a truly comfortable & relaxing vacation over the weekend. Parking area was conveniently located at the basement area of the mall. Our room was spacious, clean & everything was in order as always. Breakfast buffet may seem limited but their dishes were delicious especially the breakfast bacon which was succulently crisp & savory. Room service also was convenient & serving size was quite generous for a single person. We weren’t able to take photos because we were so indulged in enjoying the place throughout the entire time.

I ended up stuck here in quarantine after I tested positive for Covid. The staff were super helpful with figuring it all out. I don’t know what I would have done without them. Being attached to a big mall made it great for amenities. I didn’t get to enjoy them very much but I’m sure I would have if I wasn’t trapped in my room. The large window in the room saved me. So many days in a room would have been way harder without it.

I didn’t find the room to be worth it alone. the amenities seemed to be a big part of the value and I didn’t think get to utilize them. Situational situation. It took a long time to get anything I asked for. While super grateful for the room service option, the food quality was subpar.

Great location with shops, restaurants, hair dressers, grocery market and church near by. I had a great view of the river and city from my window. Excellent breakfast. I have stayed here twice in the past and hope to stay here again. I felt totally safe wandering around the restaurants nearby, even in the evening.

I got a free upgrade to Deluxe Room and the room has a spacious work desk. They even added an extra chair so that my sister and I can work simultaneously. The staff is very efficient and they are very courteous.

The hotel is undergoing some renovation and the COVID 19 health protocols limit crowds from converging in the same place. The hotel food and beverage service are negatively impacted by both, thus limiting their food choices and mainly offering room service. I used to like their breakfast buffet spread. This time we opted to stay in our room and dine in nearby food outlets, preferably al fresco, since the hotel is attached to a mall anyway.

Staff was always accommodating and helpful. Help has always been provided right away.

I did not like the room we got. Our first stay 2 weeks prior was exemplary. We got an upgrade and the room we stayed in was spotless. The quality of the room we got yesterday was far from our initial experience. Room was hot, AC did not provide much. Temp was set to 18 but it felt extremely humid inside. The AC also started leaking after 12 hours. Need to sanitize some parts of room also.
