The location is near to various shopping malls and a convenience store is just within the building. As we are always outside to explore the city, I can't comment on the other facilities mentioned in this property. One thing sure, this could be a superb place to get a sound sleep after a very tiring day, All of us were fully satisfied with the beds . The kitchen has the things we need, No noise disturbance outside and the price is affordable. Kudos, Portovita!!

Well, I gave a perfect score for this property despite of the fact that a kitchen knife was not provided. It was not easy doing the dishes without it but I considered it as "unintentional". If I have to give an honest opinion to help out improving this condo is the bathroom. The smell tends to be very unpleasant every after use.( We bought an extra deodizer to help us endure the smell) Strong exhaust fan is badly needed. With these comments however, my family praised me for bringing them here.

It is our first time staying in a condotel. Apartment is clean and size is appropriate for small family. Great location close to malls (Alimall, Gateway & SM Araneta). Pool access here is free not like other condotel I checked where they charged 150 per person. Kids enjoyed the pool a lot. Staffs are friendly especially the pool attendant. Thanks to Mona for accommodating us.

There was a double booking when we checked in luckily the property manager Mona was able to arrange alternative unit for the other family. The AC units are very noisy needs cleaning or replacement wasn’t able to sleep well due to the noise. Other than that overall experience was great.

It’s in Cubao so we are def near almost everything. We had two bedrooms so it def fit all 5 of us, can even add 2-3 more persons. Price is okay, affordable given it is in Cubao. Free use of pool, we did not add anything at all.

The shower is just a little hard to use. We had a hard time getting the temperature we like, so we used the faucet instead. Also, parking fee is a little expensive, we paid 220 per day. But everything else is perfect.

The condo was easy to locate and there were lots of restaurants and fast food chains nearby. Overall, the room was clean and the ac was working really well.

We weren't informed that Monday was pool maintenance day so we weren't able to swim during our stay. One of the beds didn't have a blanket. There were still stains on the couch. The throw pillows kinda stink. There was an electric stove but there weren't frying pans and pots so weren't able to cook properly. These are just minor issues but other than these, we really enjoyed our stay.

It has good scenery of city, near malls, the place is good, staffs are nice, the place is very secured, and the landlord are very nice and entertained us well

Only the wifi signal is fast enough. Specially when we use for business and other stuff

The place is great, love the ambience, so relaxing and peaceful.

One thing we kinda disappointed is on the policy in the pool. Maybe because that's one of the reason why we do this staycation. Hopefully next time the policy on the pool like 1hr/per guest will be extended.

It’s very convenient because the malls and establishments are very near the property. It has an amazing view of the city and the place is really worth the stay.

I noticed it wasn’t cleaned well. Like the sheets are not freshly washed and some dust.

Everything, except the security guard on duty last 01Apr22 during our checkout around 8am to 10am he seemed so masungit but the one who assisted us during our checkin last 29Mar22 around 1pm to 2pm was NICE and FRIENDLY! Wanna give him 10 stars though.

The host was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean, very comfortable and spacious. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Portovita Towers. I look forward to staying there again.

There wasn't anything that wasn't to my liking.

Had a very comfortable stay. Strong WIFI, good subscription-based streaming service. The facilities are good. Bed linens and pillowcases are clean. The location is very accessible. The host is kind. It was a home away from home.

No Washing Machine, but it doesn't matter.
