The staff offered excellent service from the moment we arrived. They are kind, welcoming and funny too, good vibes all around - it made it so easy to get comfortable. The rooms met our expectations and the facilities are unique, gaming room and karaoke was lots of fun! The food was delicious and filling. Also 10/10 best hotel decor award, loved every detail

The pool was under construction when we arrived - this was one of the things the children were looking forward to so they were a little sad to not have been able to experience it. Not sure if this was updated on the listing when booking, but it may be useful for prospective guests to know beforehand. Other than that, all perfect. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Room and ensuite bathroom were more than comfortable for two. My room had a balcony which for a smoker is great, since the hotel is strictly non-smoking. The hotel is lovingly personalised from top to bottom by the owner. Quite a treat to stumble on the collection and read the infobytes. Free coffee through the day. Good robust coffee too! Food on the menu at Heritage Restaurant is more than great. Recommended. WiFi is free, available everywhere and good.

Breakfast was overpriced and underwhelming. Not the greatest location in terms of dining or nightlife. But you can get around Manila easily from the hotel using Grab. The reception will even book you a Grab if you ask.

The staff were very helpful and receptive to questions. And I had a lot of those, questions 😅 Teenage nephew was absolutely fascinated with the theme, decor, and snippets of information visible everywhere he went. He said it felt like a mini museum to him. There was a lot of activities available too, so if didn't feel like just the usual staycation. There were some we weren't able to try in the single night we were there, but that just means we'll be back. :)

Parking was limited to the area outside the hotel. Suite has AC in the room but not the sala area.

Excellent service, staff were ready to help with any problem we had. Room was more or less perfect. Everything was very comfortable. Many interesting things to see within the hotel. Room theme was charming, we got the William Gretzky room. Included breakfast is one plate per guest of traditional Philippino comfort cooking! Free coffee all day!

Food at restaurant was somewhat expensive. Games room's selection was more sparse than expected, with some board games being extremely damaged from use. A few small problems with things in rooms, like doors or faucets getting stuck open.

The location, accessibility, front office staff (day shift and night shift), management, etc. kids will enjoy this hotel because the hotel has educational/superhero comics related monuments/ornaments all over the hotel.

It is convenient to have a 7-Eleven next door, especially during a long stay with family. However, anyone visiting 7-Eleven should scrutinize their bill/invoice because it has been caught out that the cashiers are cheating customers and the relevant management has been informed. Cashiers either double punch (invoice you incorrectly) or give you money short when they owe you. During a particular date, we had seven different incidents (inaccurate invoicing or balance short) and we decided to escalate the incidents to the management of the hotel and 7-Eleven. So be aware and mindful of what you are been charged and what you receive as a balance.

Nice staff and clean room, whole building is well decorated and thumbs up for gaming room for those who traveling with kids. Highly recommend. They have nice rooftop restaurant and Bar. Breakfast is available for your choice, offering with free coffee. 10-15 min to drive to Manilay bay, Ocean par and Manila Zoo (Taxi will cost 150-200 peso, Grab is more convenient). To airport 400-500 peso. Definitely will stay again.

Nothing we did not like. Double bed were a bit smaller, or it was a single bed, we did not pay attention while we booking. The only one recommendation would be food choice in restaurant.

I liked how the staff were attuned to what I needed. I'm very particular with the small details of my requests and they were able to deliver.

The aircondition. I have severe rhinitis and the aircondition triggered it when I turned it on and a cloud of greyish dust spewed out. I took a wet tissue and wiped the top of the aircondition and a clump of dust stuck to my tissue. The filter of the aircondition also needed a much needed change because it gave off this musty wet smell.

I recommend Heroes Hotel highly for close access to Airport , taxi fare was 410 there and Grab was 380 return. The manager Mani is right on top of the game, very friendly and the reception staff are efficient and helpful. We requested an extra 6 hour stay due to flight times and were charged an acceptable pro-rata rate. The restaurant staff greeted us warmly and were similarly friendly and efficient. We had dinner and free breakfast there, the meals were good portion size and tasty. The bedroom and bathroom are both adequately fitted out.The bed was super comfy and the air con very new and extremely efficient providing for a restful sleep. Another delightful feature is the continuous motif of heroes pictures throughout the establishment. Our room features were Leonardo da Vinci and the Mona Lisa. The reception assisted us with obtaining a set priced tariff fare with a Grab driver which arrived promptly. Heroes represents very good value and l will use their facility again and on our return from our holiday.

As you would expect with a location on a main carriageway there will be some traffic noise and the occasional sound of a barking dog in the distance. We found that the constant hum of the aircon blanketed out the peripheral external noise and were able to enjoy a good night's sleep. The restaurant needs to set their refrigeration to a much higher point. The beer was well priced but only just cool, certainly not icy cold as l would have hoped for. Alas l only had the one beer.

My room with a balcony was very nice, one of the best beds ever at a Hotel. Breakfast was very good, great service. My room was always clean and serviced often. The Professional Spa was the best bargain in The Philippines. A highly trained professional staff over seen by a Physician. A great two hour massage for $20.00 This was a true professional massage spa for the price of the tip at the "Street Side" spas. The entire facility was decorated with very interesting memorabilia. I enjoyed talking with the owner and he took me to the airport himself and would not take a penny. This will be my hotel if I get to visit again for sure. The staff from housekeepers. front desk, professional massage therapists on through cooks, wait staff and especially the owners treated me like royalty. They answered each request immediately and completely. Anderson Hutsell, Yanie, Sam[anthia] and Paul were the greatest ever Tennessee, USA

I was disappointed in myself that I did not avail myself of the Spa until the last week of my stay.

A must-stay for Star Wars and Marvel fans, this hotel has great decorations and offers a swimming pool, fitness room, and a sauna for free. You can enjoy a breathtaking view of Manila from the rooftop desk where you will also get a breakfast.

The hotel is next to a highway so it is better to ask for a room facing the courtyard to eliminate the noice.
