Location is very near Mall of Asia.and also bear Baclaran Church. Plus, the swimming pool which offers time of relaxation and enjoyment especially for children. Their buffet breakfast is very practical addition during booking. Although their are signs of the hotel getting old already, the cleanliness is still very commendable.

The room we had on the 12th floor already shows signs of dilapidation especially with the wall papers. The sliding door of the shower room in 1205 is already squeaking. Even outside the room, the floor tiles are already showing signs of damages like cracks and uneven floor which you can feel when you step on them. Also, the wifi signal was very weak and intermittent, not recommended for those with online work like us. As a result, we had to use our mobile data.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel 101 Manila, and I must say that my experience was truly delightful. The hotel's convenient location made my stay all the more enjoyable. Situated near various malls and restaurants, it was incredibly convenient for exploring the local area and indulging in some fantastic dining options. Additionally, its proximity to the airport was a huge plus, especially for travelers like me. One of the standout features of Hotel 101 Manila was its emphasis on safety. As a guest, I felt secure and well-protected throughout my stay. The hotel's security measures were top-notch, ensuring a worry-free experience. This aspect greatly contributed to my peace of mind and added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. The staff at Hotel 101 Manila were truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist. Their friendliness and professionalism created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Whether I had questions about the local area, needed assistance with my room, or simply wanted recommendations for nearby attractions, the staff members were always available and eager to help. Their exceptional service undoubtedly left a lasting impression on me. The rooms at Hotel 101 Manila were comfortable and well-appointed. The bed was cozy, and the amenities provided were of high quality. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the housekeeping staff ensured that everything was in order throughout my stay. The attention to detail in maintaining the rooms was commendable, and it added to the overall positive experience. Furthermore, the hotel's facilities were excellent. The common areas were well-maintained and provided a welcoming ambiance. The dining options within the hotel were diverse and offered a range of delectable dishes. The convenience of having these amenities readily available within the premises was a definite advantage.

The rooms are so tight. It's just good for 2 people. My wife lost most of her original expenaive makeup materials when we just went out for a walk. We reported it, but nothing happen however the staff showed concern

The price and location are the best

I called twice to tell the reception that I booked for 3 people and to give us 3 towels. They did send us an rxtra towel. But on the next day, they took all towels and left only 2. So I call back again. Just for them to send an extra towel. Have to remind them over and over that i booked for 3 people and 3 towels are needed.

The property is near the airport (NAIA) and other walking distance attractions like Blue Bay and the Mall of Asia. There's a pool and a restaurant inside the hotel that is open all day, and there are so many fast food restaurants around, like Burger King, McDonald's, and Jollibee. Lastly, there's a 7-Eleven convenience store next to the hotel, with security guards all around the property. The staff is welcoming and serviceable.

The location is amazing—literally near to everything! The hotel is decent enough to stay at, very clean, and the staff are superb (especially the security and concierge)!

The reception. I arrived at night from an 11-hour flight and was exhausted. The air conditioning wasn’t working, and I tried to call them around 2-3am, but sadly no one attended the call nor gave a callback. I woke up at around 1pm, and that was the only time they answered my call and called the technician. There are several occasions too that reception were not so helpful for exchanging small bills. The management has to look into the quality of service of their front-liners. Very disappointing.

Close proximity to Mall of Asia. Walking distance even on rainy days. Jollibee and 7 eleven just next to the hotel. Kind pool crew and easy access for us on 2nd floor to pool. Housekeeping Jocely was very friendly. 10/10 for her. She pulled the overall rating for crew UP. Bagage handlers were extraordinary and security very kind always greeting and smiling. Air condition worked very well cooling and effectively. However much noisy when turned on.

Air condition was very loud. And occasionally made very loud noises. Room was on the small side for group of three. Not easy having big suitcases in the room with us. Kitchen not equipped for cooking, but great for heating water and making coffee. Could have used basic cutlery for more practical use. Lobby was very crowded and reception was on the disappointing side of the experience. Had to repeat a lot of things for them, and they didn’t feel as connected as the rest of the crew. No available stairs only elevators. Traffic noise was the worst thing about our stay. Loud and noisy in the room.

Nice hotel. Quiet and yet in the middle, close to MoA and the Seaside walk with all the restaurants and amusement park. Nice pool with jacuzzi. You can have somethings extra for the breakfast if one asks for it (usually for an small extra cost but not heavy) like bacon or cappucino. One can sit on the outside and eat if one chooses to do so. Good water pressure, kettle in the room, the TV accepts USB sticks since there is no Netflix, Youtube, HBO or Prime. Silent and well working AC

The reception should have an person taking care of checkout and daily problems like key card not working so that one does not have to stand in line while other checks in and wait just to have the keycard activated for instance. Could have a little better lighting in the bathroom for the ones whom shave with a razor.

Walking distance to SM Mall of Asia, convenience store is literally beside the hotel, and there are nearby fastfood chains as options for food. Room was good for a short trip.

The beds and sheets are clean upon arrival, but there is a lingering smell of linens that were not properly dried. The remote control of the television was also not working even after I personally changed the batteries. I was not using the television, but I had hoped there would be an off button in the tv itself.

The location is superb being walking distance to the Mall of Asia. Jolibee is just downstairs and Grab taxis are in abundance. The staff are super nice and friendly. My bed was nice and firm which I like I had the best sleep while on holiday. Usually I don’t sleep well.

There was no water in the shower I had to call reception for assistance. It turned out it was not turned on from the main switch or something. Very odd. The toiletries are so minimal - one tiny shampoo, conditioner, soap and toilet paper. I had to ask for more on second day. Very disappointed.
