I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel 101 Manila, and I must say that my experience was truly delightful. The hotel's convenient location made my stay all the more enjoyable. Situated near various malls and restaurants, it was incredibly convenient for exploring the local area and indulging in some fantastic dining options. Additionally, its proximity to the airport was a huge plus, especially for travelers like me. One of the standout features of Hotel 101 Manila was its emphasis on safety. As a guest, I felt secure and well-protected throughout my stay. The hotel's security measures were top-notch, ensuring a worry-free experience. This aspect greatly contributed to my peace of mind and added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. The staff at Hotel 101 Manila were truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist. Their friendliness and professionalism created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Whether I had questions about the local area, needed assistance with my room, or simply wanted recommendations for nearby attractions, the staff members were always available and eager to help. Their exceptional service undoubtedly left a lasting impression on me. The rooms at Hotel 101 Manila were comfortable and well-appointed. The bed was cozy, and the amenities provided were of high quality. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the housekeeping staff ensured that everything was in order throughout my stay. The attention to detail in maintaining the rooms was commendable, and it added to the overall positive experience. Furthermore, the hotel's facilities were excellent. The common areas were well-maintained and provided a welcoming ambiance. The dining options within the hotel were diverse and offered a range of delectable dishes. The convenience of having these amenities readily available within the premises was a definite advantage.

The property is near the airport (NAIA) and other walking distance attractions like Blue Bay and the Mall of Asia. There's a pool and a restaurant inside the hotel that is open all day, and there are so many fast food restaurants around, like Burger King, McDonald's, and Jollibee. Lastly, there's a 7-Eleven convenience store next to the hotel, with security guards all around the property. The staff is welcoming and serviceable.

Not a luxury hotel but clean and affordable. The staff is helpful and flexible. Location is great, few minutes walk from Mall of Asia. Good if you don’t want to stay in the hotel all day but need a place where you can rest. Absolutely recommended.

The hotel looks nice from the outside to lobby. But inside room is just average, the toilet’s door is broken. Size of room is quite small

When I went to the room, there was no toilet paper in my room. I had to call to request toilet paper.

value for money; all the staff were excellent— friendly and accommodating; very close proximity to SMX convention centre & MOA as well as shops (convenience store), chemist (mercury drugstore) & several restaurants.

We were constantly inconvenienced with a clogged toilet, leaking shower stall (door won’t completely close so the water goes through the gap and overflows into the bathroom floor. The towel we had to leave by the shower door was always drenched every-time someone. takes a shower) . That being said , the hotel staff were very pro-active and efficient in dealing with our problems however, we would have much preferred to have stayed in a room where we didn’t have to experience these inconveniences since we were staying for over a week.

Close to MOA and Double Dragon the pool when you just want to hang out for the day and the foyer is always clean and presentable for the frontage of the hotel. The elevator is always clean and well polished as it’s used a lots. The staff well they are so friendly and so accommodating from the front desk to bell boys/men. The staff desk from the right can organise your taxi with estimate price so you don’t have to haggle and it’s all you pay very trusting and secure as they give you a card with taxi contact number rego and estimate fare safe if you’re a lone traveller. The rooms are tiny the beds are average shower pressure average over all the hotel is priced at what you expect but I wouldn’t pay more I’d rather mag abot to the staff something as they are truly the ones that gives the good service that is HOTEL 101. Same can be said for the Horizon Restaurant the waiters are friendly and very hospitable thank you peeps I’m not gonna mention names as you’re all even you’re my kitchen away from home. keep up the good job Hotel 101 and Horizon this is my 3rd time here with my daughter and never disappointed keep providing comfort friendly atmosphere clean and always presentable hotel to attract more guests and to also mention the security men they are so friendly and very tentative. with my comings and going’s the guards never leave their spot and they are very assistive. please extend my gratitude to all the staff service providers keep up the good work and god bless you all💐❤️

The tiny room is really tiny the pictures on the web page is very deceiving but keep an eye on loft squarage if using booking. com to give you an idea of room size. as it’s very hot in the Philippines maybe have more than 2 bottles of water in the room enough to survive the day in if wanting to rest from jet lag.

FOR MANAGEMENT - Someone hacked into my account and left a fake review!!!! I am now editing this The property is still one of the most cost effective places to stay, near MOA, didn't manage to use the pool this time. Staff are fantastic always willing to help, got us Grabs (uber) when we needed them and kept our friend's jacket when he left it in the room by accident and returned this to us. Very honest! Thank you for your help we will be returning shortly!

Needs a little more attention to detail in the room, a few hairs were seen in the shower and some smells from the toilet seeping into the room, but closed the door so didn't affect our stay. Hotel needs a little TLC in some places but generally clean and tidy.

we stayed this hotel for the FIBA World Cup 2023. good : walking distance to the venue, Mall of Asia Arena, lots of restaurants, cafes, taking out places in the nearby area, 7-11 store on the ground floor, easy access to LRT and MRT station via taxis, Grab, public buses and jeepneys, helpful and kind staff, lots of other FIBA fans in the same hotel, great experience!

less numbers of the elevators compare to the rooms and guests there was an unexpected small business work to do during the stay but this hotel didn't have the proper business center for this use
