Warm, friendly and very helpful staff are their best asset! Top staff are Roxy, Humilei, Macky, Dion, Elmer, the doormen and their buffet and restaurant staff! The variety of daily buffets were amazing! I love their prompt response to our requests. We stayed there for 7 days although we have our own place close to Makati. I prefer to stay here for the special care we received and the location that is so near to everywhere I want and need to go! Parking was never a problem for those who visited us! Taxis are preferred transportation in lieu of our cars. I'll be back in a few months! Thank you Manila Lotus Hotel.You are the best!

The key card that gets de-activated too often due to factors beyond everybody's control! It's annoying but remedied by the floor housekeeping staff if he is there;

Manila lotus is a very nice hotel. Located 3 k from Intramuros and central Manila. 5 mins walk from the US embassy. It has to be reminded this is a 3 star hotel. All functions work hot water air conditioning and toilet facilities. I had no issues with the room in fact my sons friend came to stay with us unexpectedly and it was no issue we paid a small fee and they upgraded us to a bigger room. The breakfast was great they catered for local Asian food and American breakfast and it was very plentiful. For the price I would thoroughly recommend Manila lotus and we will be going back next week for a few days at the end of our trip. Lastly I have to say the staff are brilliant they were extremely attentive and very welcoming. A big shout out to Roxy, Jes and Neil who helped us with guides, suggestions and answered all our questions and overall made our stay very enjoyable!

Everything was great

Pleasantly surprised by this gem. Wasn't expecting too much from the place but was sure glad it delivered more than we thought it would. It was walking distance from Jazzela Music Lounge, our main trip in the area. The room we had was spacious for its price. It was well-lighted and presentable. Can get a little cleaner, but overall all it was already good. The bathroom is the highlight for me. It was very clean: the mirrors clear, the tiles almost sparkling, the shampoo and shower gel containers were generously filled. Best bathroom among three-star hotels we've stayed in.

Not a big deal, but the piano on the lobby can use some tuning. Some keys won't sound off anymore.

it was really convenient staying here and for those who have an upcoming medical appointment at St Lukes Extension, it’s only a 3-minute walk. also 5 mins away from rob manila and there is a 7-11/mcdonalds/jollibee nearby. STAFF ARE SO KIND AND WELCOMING AND THE BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS GOOD. However, room had a window but we were facing a wall so there was no view. There bed’s mattress also seemed old and was sunken a bit in the middle so medyo mahirap matulog kasi hindi pantay yung mattress. but all in all okay lang especially for the price :-)

This hotel is a gem in downtown Manila. We felt welcomed by the staff right away…there was always someone to open the front door and staff at the front desk were helpful and promptly dealt with issues. Decor and furnishings in both the lobby and our room were tastefully chosen. The free breakfast was delicious and more than ample! the location was very convenient for sightseeing. We would stay here again if we ever return to Manila.

The view of construction from our window wasn’t that pleasant but it was better than the street side which would have been noisy.

I likw the buffet breakfast it was really great. I may not have eaten much because i got so stressed with the embassy interview and medical. The staff are so helpful and so as the guards. I always ger out of the hotel during daw like 4 in the morning just to get my business stuff done and they always taught me whetr to go.

I just dont like when the shower drips a lot and the water will go out of the shower curtain which will cause a small flood insjde the bath room. the drainage should be a bit deeper so that the water will run directly in it. I cant sleep well with the AC facing my face when i sleep haha.

😔 booked for 2 beds but they gave us 1 bed only, also have to asked and request to do the complete bed set up cause they prepared the room only with fleece blanket and single sheet linen.

The staff were friendly and helpful.The hotel is clean as well

Outside of the hotel , the environment doesn’t seem very safe and looks unpleasant because of the street dwellers .Well didn’t have any bad experience.It is just that it can result to disappointment to some tourists. We hope the local government could do something to resolve this issue of the toxic. It can have a great impact on the tourism.

Some unhappy guest complaining at reception about his deposit being with held due to bed sheet stains. It was very off putting you here this man argue with your member of staff, who happened to be female. I'm sure if the male at reception interviewed the matter would have been a lower key. Maybe look at your disputes policy and take them away from reception to the managers.

😚 5 star hotel Start your day with a buffet from 5 to 10am. An easy access for public transportation. It is in the middle of St lukes and US embassy. Food chains are around the area. Wifi is fast, hot and cold shower, they also have hair dryer. Been here for 2 times, and will definitely will have more bookings to this hotel.
