The staff is very nice. The room was fine, you can find everything you need and the bed was comfy. Regarding the location, it is close to Intramurous and makati by taxi. Be aware that the traffic is really bad in Manila, a short distance can take up to an hour. To go to and from the airport, it takes about 1h30 depending on the traffic. The closest mall is 5 minutes walking distance. The area is safe and calm.

Helpful and pleasant staff. Clean and secure environment. Close to historic city part.

No way too cook or heat up water to make tea.

I like the location, it was close to the mall and just a few steps from where my sibling lives. Easy process of check in, I like how the room was - small but still has enough space. It was clean and tidy. The room has space to store your things (cupboards and small wardrobe/cabinet), and a small table. They provided two towels and a set of toiletries but just for one guest. Would also be best if there was a liquid hand soap. The tv has a few channels where I could watch a proper tv program.

The water coming out of the shower was too small amount. It was good thing they provided a bucket and a dipper. The set of toiletries provided was just for one person. I don't know if it was a protocol because of Covid, but a visitor cannot come even just for half an hour.

For a quick overnight stay, it was a comfortable room with a massive double bed, well functioning aircon, wifi and lockable cupboards. The ladies were also kind enough to call us a Grab.

The Quarters is situated next to a pool table "warehouse" so the students were playing and being loud till late at night, but the rooms blocked most of the noise.

Clean and near to restaurants and transportation access. Staffs are accomodating and respectful.

Neighbours not within the building are noisy. I guess becos the wall of the building is attached with like an apartment near. And my room is just behind it. But it is all about adjustments and getting used to the situation. They atleast do stop their noise before 12midnight, so it's fine.

Staff were accommodating even when I arrived a few hours after the check-in time because of the flight delays. Always responsive.

The wifi is weak and I could not connect on my devices to do a bit of work during my stay.

The room was clean, the hallways were well-lit, staff was courteous. The Wi-Fi connection was also good. We have two separate cabinets with locks.

The ac system was not that cold (or my sister was used to having a very cold room). The doorknob of the comfort room was not closing. The water pressure was a bit low. Nonetheless, it was a good stay.

The staffs are very helpful and the location is safe and quiet. Taking taxi from hotel to go around manila area or qc are still affortable.

There is no fridge to stock up food or hanger for clothes. There is no vanity mirror in the room or side table or chair. The bed is a little stiff and the pillows are a little flat.

Location was great. The staff were really nice.

The facilities are old. There is no table to eat on in the room. The ceiling looked like it had molds or was it an industrial effect look? Couldn't tell the difference 😂.

the hotel is close to mall and hospitals, good thing we chose this place to stay since we needed a place to stay near San Lazaro hospital. staff was accommodating and friendly.
