Several things: -The hotel is very much adjacent to SM North (which me and my family loved). Easy access to everything! -Staff are very friendly and accommodating. -Place is clean and well-maintained. I haven't tried the gym though. -Pool is just the right size. Not too big, but enough for our toddler to enjoy a dip. -Breakfast buffet is good. My family enjoyed having breakfast. -Free coffee/tea.

Would have been great if a microwave is available (though I know that most hotels/establishments don't allow microwaves). The pool's water could be cold at night, esp. since it is an open space but it's totally fine.

Very accessible to shops and transport. Good location for meet ups with friends. Great facilities, loved the pool. Housekeeping consistently well done by April and Russ. Staff were very accommodating- my disabled mother and brother had to arrive before me and my kids as we were coming from Australia. I was trying to make advance payment but there was no available link so I contacted the property. They were so kind to accommodate my family before I arrived and allowed me to do the payment after I arrived. The hotel went way above and beyond, they lent my mother the wheelchair for the duration of our stay. Their staff were always attending to my mother while we move around the place. The lobby guard on night duty on the 17th December was very helpful (sorry I didn’t catch his name) but I hope the hotel management will commend his exceptional service. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with the helpful security guards assisting us with our luggage from the hotel entrance. The staff were welcoming and efficient, making us feel at home right away. The hotel had a clean and inviting atmosphere, and the attention to detail in their service was truly impressive. It’s these little touches that make a stay memorable!

The only downside was the noisy guests early in the morning around 3 a.m., chatting loudly in the corridor. While this isn’t entirely the hotel’s fault, it would be helpful to have noise awareness signs posted as a gentle reminder for guests to be considerate of others.

Proximity to mall and transportation. The staff were very helpful specially security on duty named “Mark Joy”. This guy was extremely helpful from when we stayed in Park Inn for the period 17-21 December 2024. Reception staff “Darrell” on January 10 was very welcoming and extended availability of possible resources from the property. Thanks for lending my mother wheelchair to move around.

During this stay the dispensers were empty for conditioners and soaps. There was not enough parking for the real disabled guests who have no capability to walk. Some guests reserved a parking spot by “standing over a car space” which was against the policy clearly posted on the wall right next to the spot. I hope the hotel will make more effort to ensure fairness and that this rule will be followed especially if a guest with a more real need for this consideration arrives. In this case, my amputee senior mother. This is not the fault of any staff but as a general rule, the hotel should make effort to enforce it.

Staff were incredible and very helpful and friendly. Water was provided daily with extra on request. The rooms were a good size, and really comfortable, and the hotel was always clean and cool throughout. It connects directly to the mall which is really helpful and the pool was also clean with towels provided.

There were some good vegetarian options at breakfast - but like the rest of the Philippines, it's very difficult to find a range of vegan and vegetarian food. The hotel was actually quite good for this compared to many other places (with lunch and dinner also being made meat-free on request!) but just something to be aware of.

The proximity to the SM mall .. you just get in from the second hotel floor. The stuff, as always in Park Inn, was helpful and polite. The room, of course , is rather small and with no closed closet and a place to put your lagauges. But it has a very comfortable bed, a working area , a bathroom that is small, but the shower has great pressure, also very little amenities but you can ask more, it was very clean in every aspect but the towels that were prey tired fro usage.

I didn't like the complete absence of soundproofing. Especially in the early morning that the happy families on my floor they are having a party in the coridor before their breakfast.

Suites are spacious, beds are comfortable and staff are incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. Hotel is connected directly to SM North Edsa which is a plus. Breakfasts have a wide range of rotating options, and all the food was prepared well.

Only thing to fault was that I think the room was only vacuumed every other day, but the rest of the room was cleaned well. The signage to the entrance is also a little confusing as its small and right next to parking entrances to the mall, so drivers might miss it.

Friendly smiling faces of the hotel staff upon arrival, special mention to LJ (duty manager) he was so helpful, pleasant and kind and very professional and understanding to our needs upon request, the room was very cosy and the bed was very comfortable with all the amenities provided, super cold A/C unit and excellent water pressure in the shower and fresh and hygienic clean bathroom/toilet. The hotel breakfast was good and quite reasonable with a variety of dishes to choose from local to modern western cuisine.Easy access to SM North mall and restaurants and other food chains.

The part when we go out and leave our room for the day, we turn on the "please make up room" light for the house keeping to clean and fix our room and it wasn't even done till we get back from being out most of the day was disappointing and we have to do without fresh towels and request for extra toilet rolls.

The room was spacious, and amenities were appropriate. The bed was really comfortable and the sheets was really nice. I like that is very accessible in QC, close to UP Diliman and government offices. Has access to SM North and different restaurants. I love the spa experience, especially after a long day.

Not a biggie. I wanted to go for a swim but the pool is small and it was packed with kids. It’s okay though

Wonderful staff and consistently greeting the guest wherever you are within the hotel. We arrived earlier and Adrian allowed us to check in already.👏

- The bathroom floor was clogged and some of the water stayed there and it made me conscious to take good long bath since the water was building up. I hope they fix it, room number 1425. - I also used the iron but suddenly there was a small cockroach that came out. Maybe they can check the iron as it can be a good hiding spot for the cockroach since the guests barely use it. - They may consider repainting the kiddie pool area since it looks old with the black stains from the background.
