the buffet breakfast is not worth the money I spent. I treat my family and friends for staycation everytime I come home to the Philippines. I am disppointed this time around.

Excellent stay. We really enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the breakfast. The staff were attentive and immediately guided us upon arrival to the Priority Check-in Table for us to check-in (i’m a PWD and really appreciate the very accommodating staff). This was not just during check-in but also upon check-out. Our family has decided to make it a Christmas tradition to stay every year for Christmas. It’s really the little things that makes our stay excellent and enjoyable.

The service was amazing. Good spread and delicious breakfast buffet. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is convenient to amenities nearby.

The room was too cold and yet we can not control the thermostat. Best we can do is ask the hotel maintenance to reposition the vent. Front desk had called the room to remind us of the check-out time 2 hours prior. I think this is a little rude to do. We felt like we were being evicted even though the stay was pre-paid. My senior mother-in-law received the call and was stressed out. North American and European Hotels don't even do the calls to remind us of check-out times unless we request a call in.

I like everything in this hotel the moment you step in the lobby it smells so good I also like the fact that there is a little bakery in the lobby where you can buy cookies, bread and pastries. The breakfast buffet is really good a lot of food to choose from. The room is nice spacious and very comfortable the staff are so nice and friendly that’s why whenever I visit the Philippines I always stay in this hotel. I stayed here in 2017, 2019 and just last month and this month 2023 looking forward for my next stay next year.

the service is fantastic. In general i really don’t like in Manila because I find it very noisy and crowded but this hotel makes me feel good of the city. it was very convenient going to LTO main office and stone away from many malls. My children loved the pool and little playground and I like how clean it is. If we return in the Philippines, i will surely book at this hotel again. Going to the airport using Toll Highway is pretty fast too. Overall, I highly rated this hotel. thank you

Room is very good similar standard with European Hotel Breakftas is very nice and lovely ,I enjoyed the local food and the mango juice, however as the breakfast is buffet the coffee should be accessible by the costumer and not asking the waiter .

The view from the hotel room overlooking the slum neighbourhood destroyed the rating from 5 stars down to 3 stars. On that note, it's overpriced for such a disappointing view. I paid a huge amount to relax and enjoy the comfort of the room, service and view.

The room we got was AMAZING. I especially loved the bathroom! Bathtub was great, the soaps, shampoos, lotions, and conditioners were DIVINE (we might actually order this brand now because of our stay). The walk-in closet was extremely useful to us. Bed sheets were super clean. Room service food was delicious. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE GYM-- LOTS OF EQUIPMENT! 🌟 It comes with a wide studio for stretching, too. I enjoyed the buffet food as well. Checking in was a breeze compared to other hotels. Extremely helpful staff. Parking is also a breeze. Wishing to go back someday. :)

Not so sure about the security of this place. People without keycards seem to be ending up on random floors. There might have to be a visible hotline for those who left their keycards in their rooms. I enjoyed the buffet food, but my mom comments that it could be better. I didn't like the setup where the desk and the television stand are one and the same. Could have a separate desk in the room for more work space. There was an unused door in our room, and though it's locked, we would've wanted an explanation regarding that. Calling for room service also took a while before they'd answer, but this is only a minor issue. Otherwise, great job for making our stay one of the best hotel stays I've ever had!

As a foreigner, I was taking a leap of faith with any place that I was going to stay because I had no knowledge of the city. However, I couldn't have been more pleased with Seda Vertis North. The location was very convenient with the mall right across the street which made shopping and eating a breeze. If all that wasn't enough for me to be completely satisfied, the breakfast here was amazing! I was so impressed with the food and service in the restaurant. Also, it was very easy to get a taxi or Grab driver from the main lobby. I enjoyed every bit of our four nights that we were there. If I ever have to stay in Quezon City again, it will definitely be here again!
