Room is quite big compared to the rest of hotels I've visited with the same overnight price. I'm loving the bathroom's interior

Customer Service. That's why my rating 8. I asked for a shower gel by dialing 0. Noone showed up after 20 minutes so I called again. 25 minutes passed and called them again and informing me that I just booked a standard room and i can't request for another shower gel. I told them there was only 1 small 40ml bottle of shower gel when I checked in. It should be actually two per room coz it's good for 2 persons. They handed me refill sachet shower gel instead. And why do you charge P50 for the pool towel? This is usually free in the other hotels. Why???

I like the bed a lot. Also the ambiance of the room. AC works so well. We booked deluxe and standard room and both rooms were nice. The location of the hotel is near everything (mrt,malls, restaurants,conviniet store). They always give us wake up call though we didnt ask for it so we wont miss our booked breakfast. The lady housekeeper is very polite and helpful; Also Princess from the front desk and the breakfast crew at the le muse restaurant. They accomodated our request for early room transfer from deluxe to standard so we dont need to wait for 2pm check-in.

There's some stains in the duvet cover in our deluxe room. I don't know why the shower gel is only available at deluxe room and not in standard room. This is supposed to be a part of simple amenities.

Location was pretty great. Next to couple of malls and directly beside the Metro. The facilities were great and the staff was friendly. The room and the common places were neat and tidy. The view outside the room was great. Nice luggage storage facility.

The staff was friendly but it always took couple of reminders to send the home service for replacing something or to clean the room. The check in process took more time than expected.

I like that the hotel is near every establishments kike malls, convenient stores, fastfood restaurant and the like.

It was a bit unusual that I got a small DQR than the usual that we always get whenever we take trips. I asked frontdesk if in any case there was a mistake in the room assignment but they said that it was correct. So we just had to let that one go, eventhough the room is more like SQR. Now came nighttime, I was about to go to the restroom when I slipped on water on the floor, it was the aircon spewing water and it was really in large amnt. We called frontdesk and advised about it but ut took a good 15-20mins for maintenance ro knock on our door.

Only the lobby was beautiful.. Rooms are cozy.. if you wanna stay for long better choose a big size of room

I have requested for making up for my room. But unfortunately there was nothing like that. Parking was not available for us. Reception is on 5th floor. You will be lost if you come out from basement parking to ground floor. And you dont find reception or lobby. Then you have to proceed to 5th floor from there again take another lift to pass through to you stay

Everything was nice. Very comfortable place. Location was perfect. Lots of restaurant and stores nearby. Easy to pick up taxi or grab.

Unfortunately, the internet/wifi was very poor. I can't even make a simple google search. At least upgrade your wifi connection so we can play mobile legends with friends. And also the data signal of Smart and Globe is bad.

We had a free room upgrade, and their staff was all accommodating and good customer service. It was a holy week, but the check-in and out were both smooth, and no issues were encountered. They had an Easter Sunday event, and my son won a voucher that we can use on our next stay, which definitely we will. Thank you!

I guess just the wifi which affected the Netflix connection but other than that all good.

Close to Araneta Coliseum and the room is clean and cozy.

The tv only has its channels and netflix for kids. It won't connect to youtube despite being connected to internet. The bathroom is okay. It lacks face towels or hand towels. Limited food for breakfast buffet. Lastly, it took them a while for processing my check in and check out. It's good enough tho.

I liked the daily free breakfast offered by the hotel -- the breakfast meals were always hearty + filling. I also liked the friendliness and hospitality of all the staff who would deliver my food orders to my room every day.

The provided free wi-fi was spotty (2 full days of no internet connection); but it was sufficient whenever it was available. My bathroom also had a weird septic tank smell in it; but I am not sure if that applies to all rooms.

overall a very good hotel, its really clean cozy and nice. The people working there is really nice, especially Tejie, he gave outstanding service and even let me play as dj in their bar. now we are at bar, one night we drunk so much that I womited in the red fancy chairs downstairs, and no one complained and next day all was totally clean, sorry about that. all in all a very good stay.

the pool is really cold, you have a perfect opertunity to make sun heating the pool so it’s not so cold plz do that :)
