- (Not Their Fault) Manila Bay reeks of sewerage smell. Hope the city government addresses this. - some bedside lamps are non functional.

The location to SM Mall of Asia was very close; you can either take a local cab or walk--it took us fifteen mins to walk back to our hotel. We booked a room with two queen beds which fit all four of us. It had a window seat where one can see the pretty city lights at night. The room was clean and spacious enough; lights can be dimmed and had separate controls for each bed. The bathroom was very clean and had a hand-held bidet spray. Staff was very professional and helpful. They asked us to stay for a few minutes while they did a quick sweep of the room to check for anything one may have missed--the only one that provided this service out of the three hotels we stayed at while in Manila.

I had a positive experience during my one-night stay at TRYP by Wyndham Mall of Asia Manila hotel. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel and room were clean, and the location was convenient for shopping, dining, and accessing the airport. The prompt and efficient room service was also commendable.

The only aspect that I didn't fully appreciate was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. Despite indicating a preference for a quiet room, the close proximity of the rooms allowed for noise transfer, compromising privacy.

The room is clean, the hotel overall is well-kept, beds are comfortable, and the location is perfect! The view is stunning from the 9th floor (cityscape) and the service was nice once we got settled in our room. I asked for another set of towels for our son, and they got delivered in no time.

It took at least a couple of hours before the other room (adjacent room) was made available for my mom & brother. I was told it would be prioritized but my husband had to call the front desk to ask. Only then did they give the room key after the fact. On the same day I requested for more bottled waters, which they promptly provided for. However, I find it interesting that they gave us 2 bottles while they gave only 1 for my mom & brother to share. Why? I don't understand the logic there but okay, moving on. It has been a long day and little things like these become a source of annoyance when you are tired and thirsty. In addition, it would have been nice if breakfast is included with the accommodation.

Sound/noise travels very easily between rooms; the guests in the next room were rather loud and their conversations late in the evening and early morning could be heard in our room. Similarly, noise from the corridor (especially kids running and playing) could also be heard within the room. I am not sure what can be done by the hotel to prevent these things from happening; but if a solution can be found for this, it would definitely make the hotel an excellent property to stay at.

STAFF AMAZING! They really welcome and helped us through our stay. they are transparent when we had an issue with our door that was left slightly open for awhile and we had left early. They reassured us and verified the cameras. And also helped us when our reserved taxi didn’t show up for our airport trip. Will definitely stay with them again. We got the loft room; it was clean and spacious. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was good, either à la carte or buffet( they sometimes have Taho - silken tofu with sago and brown sugar syrup). Location very close and walking distance of MOA.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was not only clean but also incredibly comfortable, providing a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The highlight of my experience was undoubtedly the breakfast. The food was absolutely delicious, and there were plenty of options to choose from. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests I had, making me feel valued as a guest. Moreover, the hotel's location was a major advantage. Being situated near the mall and a variety of restaurants made it incredibly convenient for me to explore and dine out. I appreciated the ease of access to entertainment and dining options without having to travel far. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay. The combination of excellent amenities, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff made my experience truly enjoyable.

I love the location of this hotel because it is in the quiet part of MOA. Breakfast has good variety. Just as I expected for a mid range hotel. Staff were very accommodating and courteous. Lovely, there frontdesk staff was helpful that she went on an extra mile to assign us an interconnecting room even if i did not ask for it because she read on the form that i am staying with my teen kids. That is customer service. Miguel from the housekeeping was very helpful and quick in helping and in settling us by providing the amenities we need even if we all know that it was a peak day. I will recommend this hotel to friends.

Free Wifi kept on disconnecting maybe bec there were a lot of users but they easily replace the passcode / voucher in which you can get from the front desk.

Room was clean, washroom was clean, the ULTIMATE BEST are the staff! They always address your concerns with eagerness, are very respectful, attentive and smiling. The reception, security and house keeping are very pleasant and helpful. They clearly provide information for your concerns and are quick to assist. Location was okay. Building is still quite new and the city view from my room was IG worthy. Hotel is near The Mall of Asia, there is a shuttle to and from the hotel, if you are sporty or could use some exercise, you can easily walk (14 mins). The area is surrounded by many restaurants in the area. I booked four rooms total, I enjoyed my stay here with my family.

My niece dropped something in the room, we went looking for it and realized it was very dusty under the beds. There was even an empty water bottle. Rooms are not carpeted hence no vacuuming was required but needs sweeping. :) Sadly the restaurant food was not tasty, even the Cappuccino was not okay. However, I don't know if breakfast was good, perhaps yes, as my fam and I ate out all the time (MOA and Ikea are about 6 mins away by car) so I cannot say the restaurant is 100% not great.

I like its proximity to the shopping areas and the airport! Breakfast was excellent too. The rooms are ok and the air conditioning was functioning well. Staff greeters and their helpfulness are noticeable.

The towels are very old and looks grayish! The shower area for that room I used feels a bit’s dangerous when it is wet. Though it has grab bars but the sloping of the floor did not help the water run well to the drain that it went out of its perimeter. Then we have to kick the water away and to the drainage hole.
