The staff here were excellent, really helpful, warm and welcoming. We also did an amazing boat tour through the accommodation. The boat captain works at the hotel and this was our favourite boat tour in all the Philippines, the 'rhum' and pineapple might have helped. The location of the property is really good too, not far from the beach or restaurants but you'll get a good night's sleep.

We were staying upstairs in the property, the issue we had was that the toilets were outside. So it was a little inconvenient having to travel through the house and then round the back, especially at night. Might be worth adding that to the room details so people are aware.

Great friendly staff. The offer a varied and delicious breakfast with make your own coffee downstairs - this was excellent value! We had a shared bathroom room, the bathrooms units were outside but always clean with handy toiletries and toilet paper. We had our laundry done here 100 pesos per kg, it was all done within 24hours and smelt great. They offer a boat excursion, the guide lives at the guesthouse. We highly recommend this, it is slightly cheaper than at the beach and he was a lovely guide. The tour was much better than the mass sheep hearding of El nido and Coron.

The staff were amazing! We arrived and straight away they offered to take us on a boat tour! The room was spacious and it had a real family feel about this place! Would definitely stay there again! Lots of greenery in the alleyway and a really nice neighbourhood atmosphere. Location was a short walk to the beach for sunset drinks and the main road were bars, restaurants and shops were located. Overall a lovely affordable and enjoyable experience would highly recommend.

The breakfast could have included fruit on the side or fresh juice.

the best place to stay in port barton! i like so much the homey vibe they have, the team is soo.friendly and nice! madams, jarghon and benji.are all so welcoming! we have a lot of fun and laughs together. breakfast is delicious, free water and tea and coffee, i feel very safe staying with them as a solo traveler. location is close to.van terminal. i would definitely love to stay here again for next time. thanks for everyone.

maybe if they can.put an extention router for the cozy small room upstairs.

What a nice little place in a quiet corner of the town. Seems like this family is well connected; as we saved heaps of money booking tours, renting scooters and trikes through them. Even had a choice of 10-15 breakfast options- SARAP (means tasty). Port Barton is like the El Nido of old: calm, friendly and still some room for live music and dancing on the beach. Nothing bad to say about it

The staff were so helpful and kind, checking in on me after I got food poisoning in El Nido and even helping me to sew up my ripped shorts. They also helped me book a tour on the family's boat which was the nicest island hopping tour I did in my whole time in Palawan - very relaxing and some great snorkelling. The team prepared a wonderful breakfast every day and kept everything very clean. My room was very comfy and I slept very well here. Also it was so good to finally have hot water and good water pressure in the shower!! Thanks for everything Ferranco Team :)

Nothing - everything was great!

Location is great! The top bedroom feels like a private floor! Theres a little shared balcony which is so peaceful. Breakfast was lovely and it was a great stay which we would highly recommend. Shared bathrooms clean. Huge room!

We booked for the air con but this isn't available during the day. Although when one of us was ill and needed to sleep out of the heat during the day they did make an exception!

everything! from the room, to the owner to staff, the island hopping they offer! Room is perfect and confortable and clean, the breakfast are amazing!! you can choose a variety of American or Philipino breakfast. we book an island tour with captain Jack and his crew, the day was perfect and so much fun! They also arrange all of our transportation from Puerto Princessa and also to El Nido. It was the perfect stay for our family! we will go back and we recommend so much to all other families!!

The feeling like home. Marilou en Mariafe were always around for a nice social chat, checking if everything was oke, making fun with our kids, facilitating all activities in and around Port Barton and of course checking wishes for breakfast.

maybe we are spoiled during our travel, but if you want room service like clean towels or bed sheets changed, it’s something you have to ask. apparently that’s something very common in the Philippines. at every stay or hotel, this is the case. when asked Marilou changed sheets and gave us new towels immediately🙏

Basic but clean. Just a room a bed and a fan. Fine for sleeping once you have adjusted to the heat . Friendly staff . Good breakfast. Good for meeting fellow travellers. So many bars, restaurants, cafes to chill out in on the beach and around. You don't need to retreat yo the room.

It was quite hot in the room. But my fault. I should have gone gor AC perhaps.
