On this vacation I’d been to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, before coming to The Duyan House at Singatala, I must say that the service, exceptional, the location simply beautiful, rooms well kept and the grounds simply gorgeous. The staff were incredible. I eat at the restaurant, I went to the adventure park, I used the laundry facilities, I used the guides and the masseuse, I worked with the front desk to book trips outside of the resort and for each of these the staff were patient, accommodating and resourceful. Yes the resort has beautiful scenic views and the grounds as are well cared for and yes the room was comfortable with its private balcony and yes the Duyan house is ideal for solo travellers, families and those seeking romance or just some R&R. However, the greatest assets are the staff location and the owners and managers.. This was much more than value for money. I will be back.

It's been my 5th time booking with Sinagtala and they never fail to amaze me. There are so many activities to choose from and ofcourse the view and place is relaxing and serene. All their staff are courteous and all smiles and they never fail to help you. Food on their restaurant is so good and worth the price. Will recommend this resort with friends and family. Kudos to their management for always making our stay fun and memorable.

Water on the mountain view room we stayed is weak and my mom was locked inside of the container room due to door malfunction...

The staff were very accommodating on what we needed for a last minute getaway. Despite small issues, it really didn't bother us at all as they were very helpful anyways. However for the sake of improvement, I would highly recommend, have your staff explain the functionality of the appliances inside the room and have at least a handy cheat book especially reception is not 24/7. Food is great and facilities is fab. We went around the whole complex and by far its the accommodation I loved the sunrise and sunset view most - the best of both coz why not. Everything is clean and well looked after. I would really like to extend my gratitude to all the staff who looked after my family for that last getaway before we all head back overseas. It has been really a wonderful experience. :)

Great location with spacious room. Staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities and views excellent. Also very good grounds and spaces

The WiFi was very weak and often not strong enough to actually do anything. There was a 45 minute wait time between ordering a meal and getting it but they did warn you of that in advance. Then despite the meals being freshly cooked they contained no vegetables!

i love almost everything. the staff were excellent and very helpful and they were very considerate with my mom and dad who are both senior citizens. The view was breath taking. the infinity pool was well maintained and gorgeous. the breakfast was top notch.

the only cons to our stay was the pathway going to the top deck of the mt view accom and to the swing in front of our room, it wasnt well maintained and the plants and grass were a little bit of a hindrance but i think it was only an isolated case as the other mt view rooms' pathways were good. also, the bed in mt view 4 was a little outdated,the spring in it was a little bit of a bother incomparison to the bed in the standard room 10 which was firm and very comfortable. also, i wish all the rooms have hot and cold options for the showers. other than those concerns,i would still recommend this accom as they provide excellent hospitality to the guests and the facilities are well maintained in general.

Selection of coffee shops (Sinagtala and Tampay Cafe) are all good. The farm resort is intagrammable. The infinity pools are amazing and have a nice mountain view. Perfect for relaxing. A good place to recollect and bond with the nature.

The lavatory in our room is leaking and some duyan benches are rusty (need repainting) but overall our 1 night stay is satisfactory.

This place has an amazing atmosphere within its complex. Has great view of the Bataan Botanical park. Great activities for kids and adults. Foods were not too expensive, selections between 3 different restaurants are great. The Duyan staff were friendly, hardworking and very accommodating.

Maybe better bed and proper wardrobe closet or at least shelves.

We stayed in a container house overlooking the jungle and mountains. It was a pretty unique experience and the views were absolutely beautiful. We appreciate the friendly and hospitable resort crew. The Sinagtala farm is so huge and it’s highly recommended for family gatherings or company team building. What I loved best however was the food at Sinagtala Cafe.. very tasty!

Awesome staff. Good welcome. Clean and well maintained facilities. Duyan House and the rest of the resort made our experience at par with a five-star hotel. Will definitely come back again.

The food selection could be better... coffee and drinks, breakfast items, and ala carte meals.

The location is very good for relaxation and bonding with family. The garden is great specially for those who are curious on plants. The dining area personnel are welcoming. The shower is good hot water. The TV has good satellite subscription.

The main gate security is turn off, they sound like protecting the compound instead of anticipating a guest that will bring in income, although they may not be controlled by the hotel, but the hotel could request the farm admin to improve the inter-personal skill of the security.
