Everything was just perfect!!! First I was bit worried about the distance to Alona beach, but there was free transfer from 8AM to 10PM from hotel to beaches and back. There was also 2 pools in hotel complex. And the staff!!!!!!! They were ready to fulfill all your request with beautiful smile. Good work, Niels🙂. Hospitality in the highest level.

I like it here. The room is super spacious, very clean, and the overall living environment is excellent. The breakfast is delicious, and the owner and staff are very welcoming. They even contact you in advance to see if you need a car to the hotel. The pool is huge and clean. I will definitely come back here next time.

This was the last hotel of our trip and I can not compliment enough about this property,i wish i could stay longer. I would come back and re-stay at this hotel again again n again if i ever come back to Bohol Cleanliness-10/10 Staff friendly -10/10 Meet the owner from Denmark (understand why this property was so clean) The pool was my favourite because owner build it as European standard When we left, owner himself and all his staffs came out to say goodbye to us. Thats was level of service im talking about Close to main attraction Avona beach, 15min by foot if you rent a bike then 2min bike ride

I had a pleasant stay overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, which made for a comfortable experience. However, I noticed that some basic essentials were missing, such as slippers, a toothbrush, and toothpaste. Additionally, there was no countertop in the bathroom to place my toiletries, so I had to improvise by using one of the dining chairs. The bed was comfortable, but I would have preferred a duvet or comforter, as the fleece blanket provided wasn’t quite sufficient. The food was okay, with generous portions, and the staff were courteous and polite throughout my stay. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience and would most likely book again in the future

The place is relaxing. It’s clean and very comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful all the time. I felt like they were available 24 hours to cater for our needs. The shuttle service was great and always available. The location is convenient because it’s just a walking distance to Alona beach if you want to burn some fats. The pools were great. I wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely, we will be back because my family and I had a great time. Highly recommended. 🙂😊

The shower in our room was broken but it can be fixed. I don’t mind it for just a night stay.

We had an amazing stay at Island World - both of the bungalows we booked were beautiful, comfy, clean and well equipped. Both pools were lovely and clean, and lots of spots around the site to relax. The food and drinks in the restaurant were exceptional and great value - I think we ate in the restaurant every night! The island hopping tour and the countryside tour organised by the resort were great fun, and the on site massage parlour was really nice. Shuttle bus to and from Panglao was a very welcome feature. Most of all, the staff were so friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much to ask. We would definitely book again! Salamat kaayo Niels and team!

Nothing! Just a warning that the ladder stairs in the bungalows with a second attic bed are a bit steep

The staff was friendly, the pools are great for swimming, the bungalows are good for privacy, the food was great and good price, the garden of the hotel is beautiful, walking distance to centre and beach (and the hotel also has a free shuttle)

It is really hard so sleep at night because there are many many (!!!) roosters in the neighbourhood, which really makes noise all night. I thought roosters only crow in the morning, but here they really did it all night. Its not the fault of the hotel, which is quiet, but it is really really disturbing the sleep.

Exceptional and very attentive staff. The ambience was amazing.

The bathroom lacks the amenities that is standard with every hotel and or resort. Also being that is a wet bathroom, I expected for it to have enough bath mats. They only provided one small matbfor the entire bathroom. It was slippery that you have to be careful walking in and around there. The room lacks the standard amenities like a coffee maker, coffees and teas and being that it was a 2 room villas, not enough mugs and drinking glasses. The hotel didn’t provide a late check out which was very disappointing considering we booked one of the tours that were offered. I felt rushed to check out which was very disappointing. There was already a housekeeping staff at the door to pick up the keys, and it wasn’t even 12 o’clock yet.

It was perfect. Food, coffee, rooms, pool, staff, even the owner of the resort (Neil). Staff are attentive to your needs and would always have a smile on their faces. It's nice that they have an in-house restaurant. Serving and price are okay. The free shuttle to Alona was a big plus! It was also nice of them to provide us towels for our island hopping even if we didn't book with them. Basically you can book your activities directly with them as well already for easier communication.

The roads going in were a bit rough so if you are with senior citizens it is not advisable. Would be better to always ride the hotel shuttle or tricycle.

A little gem tucked away from the main and hectic Alona Beach. Great terrace above the reception to chill out and read a book. They offer a free shuttle to and from town, or it’s about a 20 minute walk along quite a busy road. The on site restaurant is great, the food is super tasty and reasonably priced. The pancakes for breakfast were delicious and they had some good local options too. I had two massages during my stay, a much nicer location than the business of the town, and also reasonably priced. Airport is 5 mins away and they offer free drop off there which is handy.

Mattress could be a bit comfier, and missing hooks to hang towels etc in the bathroom. Some noise from the surrounding properties but the staff were helpful in sorting that out.
