Staff was amazing and helpful. Very good food options. I received a hand written welcome letter from the hotel team and that was really amazing. Amenities are great as well.

Modern, safe and comfortable hotel. Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. You are able to order an airport transfer with the reception, when we arrived back our luggage was already loaded in the van for us and accounted for. Such a nice service as Tacloban doesn't have a taxi service! . Restaurant on the top floor was really nice with a great Filipino, Thai menu. Lovely bar serving cocktails plus rooftop terrace. If you like cakes and coffee, the restaurant downstairs has awesome selection. Recommended stay if you want a quality hotel in downtown Tacloban

Food in the hotel was amazing. The staff were very courteous, from the front desk, to maintenance, to the restaurant. The beds were clean and were comfortable. Wifi was strong in my room. The room had a smart TV and nice amenities.

The lighting seems a little outdated - my restroom lights were dim and yellow so it was harder to see especially in the evening. Cabinet space was a little small. Water heater was not working properly, and at one point, we lost water for half an hour.

Property was centrally located. Buffet breakfast served is good value for money. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Property parking facility is a few meters away from the hotel in an empty parking lot without security or staff assigned to man the area and facilitate proper parking of cars. Some cars took more space than usual, making it difficult to quickly find parking when we arrived. Fortunately when we came back from dinner, we found an empty parking slot right by the door of the hotel. This was very safe and convenient for us to move luggage to and from the property.

Very nice place and very central to the city as we had to be close so was top notch for that only small problem was Its all 1 way traffic and the parking was on a different spot and not highly signed but if that's the bad was not a biggy

The staff was the standout for me. I was alone, stranded following the nation wide cancellation, I checked out very early going to catch an earlier flight but I was unlucky. The staff allowed me to return to rest and check out at 12pm. It was an extremely stressful time for me and I was grateful for the support including a phone call to remind me of breakfast which I almost missed.

I found the restaurant to be quite pricey and I didn’t think the food quality matched the price.

Location was good. Nice little cafe downstairs. EXCELLENT customer service, every single hotel worker was nice and accommodating to our needs. The best part of this property were the employees for sure!

We had to shuffle through a few different rooms to figure out which room’s AC units actually worked good. Some rooms were way too warm for us even with the AC on full blast. Although the staff was nice, sometimes they could use more communication amongst each other- they would ask us the same question a few times. When ordering breakfast to our rooms, we got asked several times by more than one worker which rooms they were for. The checkin took a very long time because they couldn’t find my group rooms, even though we had booked the rooms ahead of time. Lack of organization but the workers are nice.

Room could've been cleaner. If you're looking for a quiet hotel, this isn't it! I could hear the housekeeping staff talking outside my room even at night.

Breakfast was very enjoyable. All staff very helpful and courteous, Danielle provided quick and efficient check out as did Phillipe on check in. Restaurant and coffee shop very good. We have previously stayed here prior to International travel bands and it is very good to see they have not lost their professionalism
