Effortless check in and in-room check out and settlement. Good foundation on service fundamentals and choices, just need to improve food quality & availability in your main restaurant. Great maintenance of property as well.

Improve availability of menu items in restaurant. Need to improve bugs management in dining areas, flys are getting close to the food sometimes. Improve communication skills of staff. Improve Wifi speeds during peak usage hours, sometimes things wont load for a few seconds. Implement bandwidth management. Add items that can be "borrowed" -- Chargers, Lint roller, hdmi cable etc.

The five-course meal was spectacular. Breakfast was great too! And of course, the room was lovely and fragrant. Express checkout was impressive.

The female waitresses need more training in guest relations. My husband and I went to the restaurant at 5pm and searched for a nice table. We were told that they were full for the evening and we had to make a dinner reservation. There were no guests around so my husband asked if they are no longer accepting walk-ins. The waitress asked us if we were hotel guests and we answered yes. And then she said that they still accept walk-ins. See the contradiction? This irked my husband and almost ruined the experience. So my husband shot back at her "so it's not true that you are full tonight". She was speechless after that. By the way, they weren't really full. We stayed until almost 8pm and there were so many empty tables. Honest and accuracy are important.

The rooms were quite spacious and designed nicely. Great and calming view from the balcony too. It's nice that they gave away some snacks and drinks for free also. The in-room app was very useful and a nice touch for a high end hotel. Lots of golf carts also to help you get around. I would also like to commend AJ from the booking team for helping me to rebook my stay due to an emergency.

For the price you pay you'd expect bath robes and laundry bags already in the room, but we still had to call and wait for them to be delivered to our room. The breakfast food/buffet in Anila was cold and unappetizing. The waiters weren't attentive too and I had to stand and look around just to get a seat. Food is also quite expensive for what you get and I was surprised to discover that the menu in Anila and Samira were almost identical (not really anything wrong about it just a small observation).

the room is very huge, it has a large living room and kitchen complete with coffee maker & ref, the master bedroom has super size king mattress, with a separate toilet room, and a big shower room, and a bathtub with a view of the mountains

the ACU in the living room needs cleaning and maintenance it had a certain sour smell to it and our master bedroom acu had a rattling sound, and our bathtub doesn't have any hot water. and some of the exterior finishing had already got rotten and need replacements

Beautiful hotel set in nice green surroundings. Well designed rooms and pool area. great golf buggy taxis around the property! Good to have two eating options- poolside and fine dining plus a bar with great cocktail and chocolate brownies! Spa is good, had a good massage but could have more options. They responded well to us needing a bed made up for our toddler. lots of nice touches like aroma options for the rooms and pillow choices. great service overall!

Check in was a little chaotic but ok. Outside bar area is nice but the AC outlet for the main building is there so very noisy. Could make so much more of this great area!

The place was amazing, everything in it was so good. Very quiet, very relaxing. The staff are all very friendly, always greeting, always assisting. They are very accomodating. Food was superb, though more breakfast options will be a good addition. Heated pool was one of the reasons I chose this place. Will definitely suggest this place to anyone who wants to escape from the city. Surely, I will come back. ☺️

More breakfast options. Room amenities a little bit outdated.

Everything about our stay was phenomenal from beginning to end. The staff at Anya is exceptional. Mylene at Anila restaurant made us feel special and handled all our food requests. The spa Niyama was our absolute favorite, we got massages everyday and ended our stay with a coffee scrub that was invigorating and uplifting. Our masseuses Malet, Riza and Venice were excellent. The facility is immaculate and the service was truly impeccable. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

absolutely nothing. it was perfect

Excellent service. Super friendly staff go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Loved the huge, luxurious en suite bathrooms. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature…not overly warm, still refreshingly cool but very comfortable. Impressive breakfast spread. They had me at : churros for breakfast!

The live singer during dinner at the downstairs casual dining area was a mood buster at the more chill upstairs fine dining. It was the only thing not in keeping with the resort’s overall elegance.

courteous staff, the place was well kept, & they make you feel welcome the food at Samira was awesome & the service as well the Spa was also a nice experience

the breakfast buffet at Anila was terrible. it feels like you were suddenly transported to a tourist trap restaurant. why would a place this nice serve this kind of food?! the breads were ugly & flies landing all over them. the omelette from the egg station was too oily. nothing was good. it kinds of ruin the whole anya exeperience a little bit. so if you have a choice, do not pay for breakfast there!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, Gerald was the first one we met and he made us feel so welcome. It's a comfortable stay and the games like archery and badminton that was available for everyone to play was a nice surprise.

As it's located amongst so much greenery, we had some flies and a centipede in the toilet. But overall, the room was still very clean. The breakfast food was a little disappointing.
