The property was well-lit, and the triple room featured a larger-than-average fridge, which was a welcome convenience. I appreciated the water dispenser that allowed guests to refill their bottles. However, I found it unusual that the room had a kettle and cups but no coffee provided. While I could have requested coffee from the staff, this wasn’t a major issue since the breakfast buffet served excellent coffee. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and although the breakfast selection was modest, the quality of the food was commendable—particularly the daing na bangus. It would have been a nice touch to include Vigan longganisa on the menu, given the location. What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. I’ve stayed at five-star hotels, but the level of training and attention to detail exhibited by the staff here was remarkable. They remembered my name and room number, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were consistently polite, well-mannered, and attentive. Special thanks to Spens, Scott, and Sean for making my stay memorable. When Sean noticed I had a lot of luggage, he kindly arranged for Scott to assist me and even provided a complimentary ride to the Partas bus terminal. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vigan!

During my stay, I experienced symptoms of allergic rhinitis, and despite the room being very clean, I couldn’t initially identify the trigger. Before checking out, I moved the curtains and noticed they were dusty. While this likely wouldn’t be an issue for most guests, it can be problematic for individuals with dust-triggered allergies like mine. To be fair, had I realized this earlier and informed the staff, I am confident they would have promptly addressed the matter by replacing or cleaning the curtains. The overall cleanliness of the room and the responsiveness of the staff were otherwise excellent.

The hotel's location is especially favorable, as it is within walking distance of various souvenir shops, restaurants, and prominent landmarks such as Calle Crisologo, Salcedo Plaza, and Burgos Plaza. The staff exhibited commendable customer service, and the provided room was satisfactory. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Vigan.

The breakfast provided was satisfactory, however, I would suggest adding a variety of fruits to enhance the nutritional value and appeal of the morning meal. Additionally, there was a minor issue with the entrance door to our room, but it was promptly resolved within a few minutes. A room change was necessary on the final night of our stay due to a malfunctioning front door

It is only a few meters from Crisologo St. The staff are very helpful especially Seb and the rest of the front desk people. The airconditioning is excellent. Over all, a good place to stay in Vigan.

Only very limited secured parking space (4). Somebody forcefully unfolded my electronically controlled side mirror when I parked it on my 2nd night of stay on the unsecured side of the hotel. The breakfast can be improved. Sunny side up eggs should be offered instead of just scrambled eggs.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff helped us carry our things to our room. They were incredibly friendly and truly added to the positive atmosphere. The staff's local knowledge was invaluable! They not only recommended where to find the best Empanadas in Vigan, but also suggested renting a kalesa for a charming city tour. It was clear they wanted to ensure we had a fantastic experience in Vigan. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary toiletries provided.  This combination of friendly service, clean accommodations, and insider tips made our stay truly memorable. Plus, the location couldn't be beat! Just a short walk from the lively plaza and a block away from Calle Crisologo, the heart of Vigan's historic district. We could easily explore the sights on foot and soak up the unique atmosphere of the town. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vigan!

The location of the property is ok since it is near Calle Crisologo and the area. The breakfast is also ok although I would want to suggest that there should also be dessert included in the breakfast buffet. The hotel has a very welcoming ambiance, the staff are courteous and are very helpful. They even helped us with the parking slot for our vehicle since we stayed for three nights. Then they also inspected the rooms making sure that we never left anything valuable.

May be the hotel staff just forgot to leave us toothpaste and toothbrush in our room but the other rooms of my travel companions had kits in their room BUT this is just minor issue.

Other reviews I read before booking mentioned the very helpful, friendly and able staff and the cleanliness: they were correct - I stayed several days and received great service throughout. I arrived at 5:30 am and true to their word someone is around 24/7 at the front desk. The location is really good - it is very close to Calle Crisologo. Tricycles and kalesis drive by regularly and the hotel staff will help you get one. Rooms are good sized - and there are several good places to eat within walking distance - the food at the hotel cantina is simple yet authentic, and good value. The included wifi is pretty good except during hard rain (I was working part of the time.) This is a family-owned operation with a happy staff, all hard-working - there are a lot of personal touches to the decor of the hotel - they are constantly improving the environs - if I go back to Vigan there is no reason I would look for another place - this was just lovely.

I would have preferred it had a basic local map been available at the hotel - maybe a photocopied Google Map version? - to get me started if the tourist office is not open (who have proper tourism maps.)

The staff are very courteous and polite. Kudos to the receptionists - Sara, Solenn, Sofie. From the attendants - Sorenn and to other Kuya. They were able to accommodate all of our needs. Super sulit since the room is spacious, toiletries are complete, and breakfast buffet is good! We also like the cleanliness and vibe of the whole hotel. A must stay in Vigan!

Limited parking slot but they were able to provide a parking space to another place. It is a gated parking space and they will help you go to the place using e-bike. Appreciate if they have thicker blanket since the room temperature is too cold. Don't have a separate key card so you need to ask receptionist assistance to open your room for you.

We liked everything. Staff: The staff are all kind and greeting guests politely. Location: Very good and super near to Calle Crisologo. Environment: Quiet and feels safe. Room: The room where we stayed is generally clean, has good smell, the bed is comfortable, the appliances are properly working as well as the heater shower. It has mirrors which is important to check your outfit. Room is good enough for 2. Parking: Parking is good as it is just beside the hotel. Food: The have great food especially their coffee.. Thay have overflowing coffee and water in the lobby. Others: They have bikes and books in the lobby which are free of use.

There were some black spots in the shower room edges and corners.

We really like the buffet breakfast, there are many food choices and unlimited coffee and iced tea. Likewise, it is great to have a canteen (Cantina Mercante) in the hotel for it provides convenience and options for the guests to look for any available lunch or dinner after a tour of the city.

Over-all, the hotel facilities are okay. Just need to add a drainage outlet at the toilet to avoid floor flooding everytime the guest uses the toilet and the shower.

The location of the hotel is accessible and few meters away to "Calle Crisologo"and most of the restaurants. Cantina mercante the hotel restaurant served delicious breakfast , the salad dressing is superb, too bad theyre not selling it commercially. Staff is polite, attentive. Kudos to Ms. Sylvia the hotel manager, if you have raised the concern they will do their best to accomodate. Super affordable considering the service, breakfast and the room which is comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

wifi is a bit slow, and time to time disconnected hence we have to use our data.
