The staff was EXCELLENT!!! they were all so friendly & accommodating… Them made us feel at home

Water pressure in the shower was very low…. Hot shower were very slow.

Lovely room very close to Calle Crisologo. This is a condotel so like a 1 bedroom apartment, which is nice and spacious.

When our flight got cancelled but we needed to get back that day, we asked the hotel staff if they had a contact for taxi or private car. They mentioned they had a transport partner but the price they quoted was four times that of a car service we reached out subsequently. So better not to use their transport partner.

It was very spacious, very clean and friendly staff. The location is great, just 5 minutes to Calle Crisologo.

The rooms are not soundproof. You can hear noises from outside most especially the tricycles and the beeping cars at the parking lot. There was also a leak on the kitchen basin. In the small TnB, the water is not heating up. They don’t serve butter for breakfast.

I love everything about Paradores de Vigan! The room given to us was clean and complete with the things we need. We're glad that kitchen, dinnerwares and cutleries are available in the room. The location is perfect, walking distance from Calle Crisologo and a few minutes drive to Vigan Market where you can buy bagnet and vigan longganisa for a cheaper price. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Will stay here again when we go back to Vigan.

Quiet but convenient location. Spacious room with sitting area and small kitchen. Reception services are very helpful and attentive. Helped to solve various issues, I.e. register your SMART SIM card. Small family shop across offers reasonable priced bottles of cold beer open late at night. 6 Brothers open air restaurant nearby offers local food and 🍺, tasty and cheap.

Due to COVID, they closed the Cafe. But would be handy to offer drinks (+ beer)! For Philippines other than Manila seems to discourage alcoholic sales everywhere?! Takes a little of effort to locate this Water of Life. Meanwhile, hotel offers takeaways to dine in your room. But it's appointed restaurant 8.88 was okay at the beginning, but standards fell sharply later, either wrong timing or dish never ordered!

Location is perfect, very near to places you like to see like the Calle Crisologo and Museum. Very nice room, very comfortable beds and accommodating staffs.

Place to eat in the hotel, they have a very small cafeteria where they can served your food, but we instead asked them to do a room service which more comfortable and convenient for us.

I like the size of the room. It's like you never left home. It has complete facilities and very comfortable to stay with. We also particularly like the bed, I feel like I wanted to buy one of this kind for our home.

Just a minor one. The smell of the room can be improved. When we first opened the room, it smells like old wood or wet carpet.

I love this property because of the following: 1. only a few blocks away from Calle Crisólogo. 2. Our family 6 adults can stay in one apartment with 2 bedrooms, a small kitchenette (we only used it because our breakfast were delivered to our room) 3. Wide selection of breakfast meal from Filipino to American to traditional Ilocano breakfast. I recommend the danggit (dried fish) and their hot cacao drink. 4. The staffs are courteous, knowledgeable and attentive. 5. The place is clean.

The room is clean and spacious. You can use the gym for free and the breakfast is delish! We will definitely go back and the place is highly recommended!

The breakfast was good and the location was okay. I wish it was closer to Calle Crisologo. The walk to Calle was a little scary because the street was kind of dark. My cousins were very happy with the room because everything was complete like the amenities. Thank you so much!

The curtains in the shower kept coming off and it was too short as well, water splashes outside while taking shower. And one more thing the shower was kind of hard to figure out which tab was the hot water.
