I like that the staff are accommodating and welcoming. They gave us complimentary drinks upon arrival and we were able to do early check-in free of charge. We also have access to the skybar and pool at the deck which is great since we're just staying to enjoy our last day in Boracay. The place is also near convenient stores and restaurants. They also serve a free breakfast buffet.

The wifi connection is intermittent, but it's fast and can cater for working folks. I just used my phone's data to avoid work interruption, other than that the place is very much recommended and I'll definitely book again soon.

Property is accessible and have great location.

everything is okay and the staff are good. There is just one staff at breakfast - the one wearing yellow which is very rude and unprofessional. I can hear hear ranting and talking about other customers that are dinning about face masks. She can just tell them nicely to wear mask when getting food at the buffet station but she rants instead. I understand that it is a very busy morning but yeah she can just tell it nicely and no harm on that, but it can affect the experience of the customers on the property.

The hotel was very accessible and near the beach and other stores and restaurants. The staff was also very accommodating and responsive to all our requests, and the price of the accommodation was indeed very reasonable.

The hotel restaurant’s staff are not that accommodating, we ordered to them fries but they hesitated to deliver it to our room. The elevator button going down was also not working. The internet was super slow, we can’t barely access our social media accounts because of low internet bandwidth. The delivery of drinking water is very limited, and there were no sanitation toiletries like alcohol and face masks.

The location is good. Few minutes walking to white beach. The room is clean and comfortable. Many choices for breakfast buffet. Tasty food

Small wardrobe, no place to dry clothes

Great location on the station 2, nice restaurants, shops and 7eleven nearby. Nice pool area. Big and clean room. Very friendly staff.

Breakfast was badly unstaffed. Every food was already eaten when we went there at 9:15, no juice, no fruits, no cereal, no bread left and no clean cutleries or plates. The corridor was very noisy at the night time since children were running and screaming there, so it was impossible to sleep after 7 in the mornings or go to bed early. The wifi or mobiledata didn’t work in our room, so we needed to go to corridor if we wanted to get any connection to out friends or family.

Staff are friendly

We are 4 adults but the cups and glasses are for 2 only. Roll of tissue is given 1 per day. Hangers in the closet are limited to 3 or 4. No place to hang our wet clothes and wet towels to think it is a hotel near beach and we are 4 adults in 1 room.

I liked the staff, they were curtious and understanding of any issues we had. The hotel was close to the beach and restaurants. yet not too close to the clubs that were loud throughout the night. The room was tidied up when we requested. They had a laundry service which was fast and good. The breakfast was very diverse and great for starting the day. They had an inhouse activity guide so we could always get stuff started there without getting swindeled by the guides on the beach.

. Only issue was that the hotel pool is on the roof and not much coverage in terms of shade for lying around the pool. That only meant we would have to use the pool in the later ends of the day. Oh and remember you have to tell the hotel 2 days in advance for booking a bus back to the airport.

This hotel is such a nice place to stay, with easy access to the beach making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. More importantly, the air conditioning was incredibly quiet, and the room stayed comfortably cool throughout my stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient spot by the ocean!

The shower was spacious, providing plenty of room to move around, though the water pressure was a bit weak. However, it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t take away from the overall comfort of the stay. A solid choice for a relaxing visit!

The staff are friendly, approachable and helpful. Our room is clean, comfortable, and spacious enough with the necessary amenities for a few days stay. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant has various enough options, which include Filipino food, salad, baked goods, and drinks sections. The location is good as it is near the main road and also a few minute walk to the White Beach. There are souvenir shops, cash machines, grocery stores, launderette, and restaurants nearby(e.g., Station X).

There is no hot shower in our room. The sink in the bathroom has poor drainage.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Aloha which is walking distance to the beach, has great and nice staff. We booked two rooms and one of the room has bathroom that smelled like sewage the whole time during our first night so we asked to be moved to another room which they quickly resolved the moment we told them about it. My sister dropped one of her jewelry in the previous room and when we asked the receptionist on our last day, they have the said jewelry returned to us in a small jewelry box sealed well. Kudos to your staff Aloha. Also good selection of foods served during breakfast.

Very weak internet connection especially with one of our room that was located at the end of the hallway away from the elevator.
