it’s clean, comfy, near the main beach. Did not expect the room to be that good at all. They have their own pool with sunbeds if you wanna chill and take a break from all the beach activities. Staff were all super nice and accommodating!

Our room is in the 4th floor and it is quite challenging every time we have to go up to our floor then down back again. They dont have elevator, unfortunately. The shower part of their bathroom doesnt have cover or doors so the water splashes will reach the dry part of the bathroom, so it gets messy. Also they didn’t provide us hangers for our clothes.

I like how they offer affordable rooms over the phone. And they give privilege for senior citizens (my mom). we were assigned to 3rd floor but instead they transfer us to 1st floor with bigger beds. Thanks to the staff who was assigned last time Nov.3,2024 around 3pm. Kudos! I hope they will add 1 more ulam sa breakfast and unli rice too ☺️

very accommodating staff. the building has an elevator (availability depends on the room you book). clean room with a nice balcony. :)

unfortunately, the bread that came with breakfast had mold on it, and we didn’t notice right away, so my sibling ended up eating half of it. but when we told the staff, they quickly replaced it with a new bread.

First, the location - 5mins walk away from dmall. Second, the staffs are really nice. Elevator was under construction tho, good thing the staff helped me with my luggage. Pool was nice, sheets are nice - hot water as well.

The only thing bad about my stay is the internet speed, so if you're a digital nomad better be prepare for an alternative internet source because their wifi is REALLY REALLY BAD.

Extreemly helpful staff and breakfast was great 5 min walk to DMall, and if turn left outside hotel and walk 50m, on otherside of road is an alley for short cut to the beach. Rooms we large and clean, balcony overlooking the goings on is a must for relaxing drinks before going out to the many bars and restaurants. If you like to shoot pool/billiards, the only bar we found is Congas, at Station 3 (20min walk along the beach, next to Italian & Thai restaurants

I have no regrets booking with Red Coco Inn. My family and I had a good overall experience. The staff were polite, approachable, and quick to attend to our requests or concerns. The amenities and food were good. They were proactive in providing suggestions, for example, they inquired about senior discounts for my mom without us having to ask, which I really appreciated. The internet connection was fast and reliable. Our 6-day stay was enjoyable overall. I will definitely book with Red Coco again when I visit Boracay.

Honestly, this is not really "dislike" but a little bit of feedback. Maybe consider adding elevators to all of your buildings, especially for seniors. Other than that, I can't think of any.

Cleanliness, comfy bed and just enough size of room. Hotel staff were accomodating too, even confirmed with klook our booked transport going back to caticlan jetty port. Breakfast was good. When i found hair on the food, they took away the plate and replaced for a new one and apologized, which is the right gesture to do.

Breakfast should be included in the booking. A bit far from the beach front.

We booked 4 Superior Room with balcony and requested for these to be adjacent to each other and we were given room 216-219. The rooms were not very spacious but still okay. Beds were comfy. One of the rooms had ants and staff were quick to transfer my sister and her family while they clean the room. The swimming pool is not that big but we didn’t spend much time in there anyway as spend most of our time in the beach. Breakfast included in our booking were good. The hotel is not beach front but there’s a decent shortcut to the beach, about 10 mins walk. There’s a lot of restaurants nearby. Also, D mall and market were just short walk too. All staffs were kind and very helpful.

It would be nice if they have selections of breads, cereals and fruits for breakfast. Coffee wasn’t great. No toilet in the swimming pool area. No lift and there are lots of stairs to climb, luckily we were just in 2nd floor, can’t imagine being in 4th floor.. Staff were kind enough in helping with luggages though.

It was an amazing trip and a comfortable stay for a first timer in Boracay. The front desk is very welcoming and they get us complimentary drinks. They have a restaurant where we ate lunch while waiting for our check in. The bedrooms are very comfortable I have a good sleep. They have hot water in the bathroom, coffee, ref and electric kettle. The location of the inn was surprisingly good because it is near everything - stores, beach (5mins walk), fast food and it is easy to locate after you make a gala around station 2. Also our kids enjoyed the pool. It is also located along the road. All in all it was a great experience.

They don't have a complimentary toothbrush.
