Perfect location for a “resort getaway” in the centre of d’mall and white beach! White beach is a public beach, but the hotel had private beach chairs on the beach - which means you couldn’t eat or drink there, and it could get a little crowded during sunsets. But perfect place to sit during the day and you could always get a fresh juice or coffe at the shops just nearby. If you wanted the same view and some more privacy with beverages or food it was perfect to sit in the pool bar. The hotel room was nice with everything you needed, including safe and bathrobes. They had both shampoo and conditioner, but no shower gel in the shower. The balcony was really small and no place to sit. The hotel itself was beautiful with a lot of indoor/outside gardens/trees. They had a good breakfast buffet with a good diversity, but missed a bit more ham and cheeses to make sandwiches. Only tried the dinner once - they only had buffet which was really good - but when you live in d’mall area there are a lot of different restaurants worth trying with really good food! The wifi was really good! The staff was really friendly and helpful.

Great location, loved the sky pool, it was really handy having breakfast readily available every morning.

The main appeal of the hotel is the sky pool which is only available between 8am and 2pm which was really frustrating so they kick you out halfway through the day and there were not enough chairs for all the people at the pools and the beach so even if you wanted to sit by the pool or beach and tan, read etc you weren’t able to because all the chairs were taken, the smokers area was also right by the chairs so you often had smoke wafting over you as you sat there reading.

They asked us to pay for a broken glass (200 pesos) and insisted on asking for signature before we leave. Cheap move for a hotel at this level tbh. Not sure we'll come back again.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel! Everything was just amazing. Well located on the white beach. Room was specious with good plan of the room. Bed was comfortable. We liked no leftover policy as well as you could fill a can with purified water when you want and need, no plastic bottles! Breakfast was delicious and they have something for everyone’s taste. We usually like to try local food, but there was also the food we are used to at home in Europe. We also tried evening buffet and it was very good value for the money. Food was delicious and all staff very friendly! The pools were just amazing! Especially rooftop pool which was stunning! We really enjoyed pool bar (which had in addition to beautiful cocktails really good food as well) and the staff worked in there. Special thanks to Kennevie, Jerlyn, Charlez and Bueno! 🤍 They took good care of us and made us feel very welcome with their attitude and friendliness! Overall we really recommend staying in Henann Crystal Sands!

My stay at Hennan Crystal Sands Resort was an absolute delight. The sky pool was a definite highlight - offering amazing views and a unique swimming experience. Our room was extremely clean and featured tasteful styling, making it a comfortable haven for relaxation. The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, quickly addressing a noise complaint we had with a neighboring guest. The breakfast offerings were delicious, with a variety of options that changed over the course of the week. Overall, our experience at the resort was near perfection, and I would highly recommend it to others seeking a memorable getaway.

Although my stay at Hennan Crystal Sands Resort was a fantastic experience overall, there was one minor issue I'd like to mention. The TV setup in our room seemed a bit dated, with a fuzzy display that resembled an old-school system. It would have been nice to unwind with some high-definition content on occasion. Nonetheless, this small detail did not significantly impact our overall enjoyment of the resort.

The location was AMAZING and made our stay very enjoyable. Able to step straight from the hotel onto the beach which made it easy to come and go if we forgot something or wanted to access our rooms quickly. The massages by the pool and breakfast buffet were also a big tick! Would definitely recommend and come back again.

Excellent, dedicated staff. Delicious breakfast buffet. Fast and tasty room service. Perfect beach location.

Construction next door, getting charged for accidentally breaking glass cup at breakfast, sometimes there was a bad smell of gasoline.

On arrival we were not able to check in early, and we were also told that the hotel would have to keep a 6,000 php deposit that would not be returned until some one week later.
