I stayed in the premium twin room. The hotel is so much better in real life. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The amenities such as the pool and gym were clean and easily accessible. The hotel is located in Station 2 and directly in front of the beach and close to d'mall, really worth the money. The complimentary breakfast buffet was great and with a beachfront view, what more could you ask for? The restaurant has great food and cocktails. We were given a souvenir upon check out which was unexpected but such a lovely gesture. Would stay here again.

I requested food be delivered to the room on one of the nights and after 30 mins of waiting I called reception on the status of the order and they said it would take another 50 minutes. I ended up canceling the order and went somewhere else.

The location is super, right in front of the beach, a perfect 10! It is near to shops and restos in Station 2. The room that we booked had a seaview, the balcony was really up front. The room was spacious enough for a family. The buffet breakfast was super and varied everyday when we were there (for 10 days). The staff and managers were friendly and very accommodating!Just a minor thing, not really a complaint. The internet wifi, we had to update every now and then the password, that was only limited for 3 days. We stayed 10 days so we had to update all gadgets from time to time, but it was not really an inconvenience just an obeservation. The bathroom door and the toilet also made noises when used, maybe they can easily be checked for maintenance. But the rest of the room facilities were really maintained well. Keep up the good work! All in all, our stay here was worth every penny paid.Will definitely recommend this boutique hotel.

The hotel is beautifully situated in front of the beach with a few rooms with sea view balconies. The restaurant also have a few tables in front of the beach. The pool is beautiful. The hotel is situated in the busiest part of the beach but the beach is huge and beautiful with great sand. We looked for a place to celebrate new year’s with family and children and we could sit in front of the beach and easily go down to the water to see the fireworks. They didn’t have the best New Year’s party on the beach but it was nice with children.

It is a bit expensive for the standard.

Service was excellent. Ms. Faith is very welcoming, all the staff were polite and courteous. Location is very accessible and convenient. Beach front hotel with a pool. Hot and cold shower. Comfortable bed and good breakfast buffet.

Room lighting, the bathroom needs little improvement

The hotel is located in the heart of the White Beach path. Its nearly in the middle of most of the shops and restaurants. Perfect location!

It can be a bit busy at times 4pm-7pm people walking around out front...but peaceful on the property of the hotel.

Great location on the beachfront, close to D-Mall and Good Value! The rooms are basic but very neat, clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast is a small but lovely selection of hot and cold food/fruits etc Pool area is great with plenty of chairs, sun lounges and bar. The staff are beautiful - very accommodating and friendly. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for accommodation that is basic but good value for beachfront location.

No lift - but if you don't mind stairs, this will not be a problem. Staff are happy to assist with baggage etc.

Staff are friendly. Location is also nice and accessible to everything. We love the free towels and beach mat.

We don't like the flooding alleys when it rained. Also the receptionist we talked to, when we asked direction, didn't inform us that we can request for assistance and cart for our bags. She just told us to walk with our luggage going to the hotel. It's a good thing we have a friend who came before us and arranged assistance for us.

A clean, safe, comfortable and nicely decorated hotel on the white sand beach of Boracay Island. My room was very quiet and easy to sleep every night. The staffs are English speaking and very helpful. The hotel restaurant has beautiful sea views. The hotel is also very near to the commercial area (D’Mall) of Boracay Island with lots of restaurants and shops.

The hotel is clean and spacious. Price for the stay is ressonable. It is at the beach front of station 2 close to D’Mall and Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Our request to be accommodated at the first floor because of my 81-Year old mother was immediately granted when we arrived. Breakfast buffet food was abundant. The one making the omelets was there ready for our order. The servings in the restaurant of the hotel were very generous. By the way, the hotel has a very friendly, helpful, and courteous staff. During our dinner at the restaurant, when were already excited to taste their baked and steamed oysters, the waiter offered to take our photo. I had forgotten but he reminded us “for souvenir.” I Usually avoid talking too long to staff and discourage my companions to lessen conversation with them because I am sensitive that they are busy with works. But some offered to talk and initiated conversation with my mother who loves to meet new friends and talks to people.

Staff are very friendly and accomodating On our arrival we noticed the room was not as clean and few black spots in the ceiling. When we raise the issue they clean the room and almost removed all the spots and they even clean the other room and changed the sheets. I would highly recommend this place and will definetely coming back and one thing more they able to facilitate my mother’s pick up from other hotel as my mun is senior Thank you Le Soleil
