Please kindly install wardrobe shelves in the hotel rooms, to accommodate guests' clothing. Kindly repair the pool tiles, as it poses a significant danger to the guests' feet while swimming.

Very spacious room and comfortable. Perfect location and has very friendly staff. Philippino's Breakfast was delicious.

The first night we found a hairball under the pillow and dirty sheets. But as soon as we spoke with the receptionist they changed it and cleaned the whole room. They apologized for that. Beyond that, it was an exceptional stay.

Location is perfect. Short walk to the White Beach. Not too loud, because it is Station 1, but close enough to Station 2 walking through the beach for some nigh life, restaurants etc… Amazing, super friendly and helpful staff, they made us feel very welcome.

I really like the property but most of all, the staff! they are all extremely jolly but not in an annoying way and they definitely welcome you warmly!

Amazing location, 2 min walk from the beach, lots of restaurants and bars around and 10 min walk from the main town. The beach is really perfect. There’s a pool, free breakfast with lots of changing options. The staff are THE BEST. Super funny, helpful and kind. The bed and pillows were really comfy, great shower, provided shampoo and shower gel and toothbrushes. Air con worked well. There was a fridge, kettle and water in the rooms and tanks to refill your water bottle. Cute little cats outside!!

The wifi didn’t work for us at all in the room or in the common area. The walls are thin and there were a lot of kids in the hotel so if you’re a very light sleeper it may be a problem (we are not light sleepers so we were fine).

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional staff. From the moment I arrived, their warm hospitality and attentiveness made me feel truly welcome. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, handling every request with efficiency and a genuine smile. Arguably the best hospitality we’ve experienced so far during our holiday. The hotel’s location was another highlight—it’s tucked away in a quiet area, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle but an easy walk to White Beach. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge, after a beach day.

The room is big enough for 2-4, restrooms are clean as well. Towels smells fresh, bed feels clean and pillows smells nice. The whole place is very clean. Walking distance to the beach

Head room in the upper floors are low. Good for small people not so much for tall people. The lady in the reception is lovely and welcoming, the guy at night in the reception is not very accommodating. Doesn’t give us a complementary water bottle for the next day. It’s just a bit odd as we’ve been in other hotels prior to thjs trip and water bottles are refilled everyday.

The very accommodating and friendly staff. Special thanks to Arjin who has never failed to make us laugh thus making our stay more enjoyable and to the two gentlemen who helped us with our backpacks up the stairs. Also, Thank you to the very spacious family room we had, the five of us did not have to share a bed because there are 3 double beds and 2 single beds inside one room which is what we are looking for exactly. One room where we can all chat as family and one where we can all sleep in our own separate bed. I think hotels even the five star ones should learn from Il Mare Sakura Boracay and provide spacious rooms such as this..I don't know why other hotels think we like sharing on a double bed or king bed. It is good for couples but for friends and family, nahh!! Better to have a single bed where you can sleep on your own than share a double bed with someone. Il Mare Sakura also provide free toothbrush and toothpaste and there are slippers that you can use. They gave us towels to use for the pool and outside to the beach. Also, the breakfast although not a lot has daily variations. There is hot and cold water dispenser on each floor. Aircon is working fine. The place is in station one and near willy's rock. It is just steps away from Our Lady of the Most Holy rosary catholic church and I am very pleased as I was able to attend a Saturday mass.

The pool is small and needs updating but it is clean and the water is being changed daily. There is no lift so it will be a struggle for people who have mobility problem. There is no restaurant inside that can serve lunch nor dinner. The place is not beachfront but it is just a street away from the white beach and coco mama. We were provided with just 3 servings of coffee daily eventhough there were five of us. There were also only 2 glasses and 2 mugs provided but we were given more when we asked. The view from our room is not that great but the hotel has a large roof top where you can see the beach and the surrounding greeneries.
