We've been here before few times before pandemic and was really looking forward to return. Lovely location, great rooms and views. Breakfast and dinner were good.

Be careful, cannot park at the property, even though the description says there is a limited possiblility (there is actually none). We wouldn't have booked this place if we knew we cannot drive up as we did so many times before. Sadly, we were also not warned that there was no way to park at the property anymore, which spoiled our plans for the night and different stories by the staff every time you ask on what happened with the road left a bitter taste.

We spent two days in the area; it was so peaceful and pleasant. We enjoyed walks around the lake a lot and hope to come back! Rooms are rather small but cosy, quite romantic. Wish we could stay longer. Compliments to the Chef for an excellent dining experience. Although dinner was served in the form of a buffet, there were great choices, especially for meat lovers. Breakfast options were also very rich. The hotel provides great service with its own shuttle. Therefore there is no need to drive up to the National Park and save the environment, at least a bit.

Some kind of chair in the room would be welcomed, as there is a stool, which is a nice decoration but not very comfortable to sit on. One more meal choice for vegetarians would be great - a sweet dish (or fish) is not vegetarian :) Dumblings with 'bryndza' is traditional, but as it is served everywhere, it is not very exciting. Basically, there was only salad available for vegetarians or side dishes, such as rice which is not really the best value for money.

It is a unique place to come at all times of the year! Hidden in high Tatras this hotel offers high-quality acommodation for travelers who search for both adventures and relaxation. Comfortable room, clean bathroom. Wellness area has a jacuzzi for 4 people, 2 saunas and a great view to the mountains. We also had a classical massage which was great after hiking. Very good breakfast options and great dinner for 22 eur / person. However, the most amazing is the surroundings and various hiking trails.

Keep in mind that at winter time you have to park the car down the hill and use hotel transport (snowmobile), but it is also very exciting! Staff is not very good at English. Beds and blankets are small, pillows are not comfy.

Great place. Location is perfect, stuff very helpful and friendly. Very comfortable rooms, nice and cozy. View from window is stunning. Breakfast and dinner was delicious and variable. I enjoyed my vacation there. And it was huge effort saving effect to climb on mountain from there, so I was able to make more than usual. Thank you a lot, and I will definitely come back my next birthday

Wonderful hotel, with very nice and professional stuff, delicious food and of course amazing surroundings. To get to the hotel, we were picked up by the stuff in their car and brought up the mountain to be accommodated. The dinner and breakfast were served as buffet and the food was delicious. Our room was not too big, but it was clean and modern. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again anytime.

Very nice hotel, esp. the location. Great food & service. Small wellness, nothing special, but nice after long hike. Convenient pick-up service (we left our car at the bottom parking lot), and hotel will bring you up and down on demand. As a package overall - definitely worth visiting, the location is unforgettable.

Only negative was the bed mattress. Really hard and for me uncomfortable. One of the saunas was not working during our stay, but this can happen.

I've came to this hotel by walk through the Rohatka pass and Vychodna Vysoka, while my wife has came by car. Overall we were fully happy of this hotel, really impressed and quite surprised to see such a top level hotel in the location where normally you can find only mount huts (I will never say mountain huts are not so great. not at all! but it's still impressive to see kind of SPA hotel here). +Amazing location! a lot of 1 day trips are possible from here: Rohatka, Vychodna Vysoka, Gerlachovski Stit, Slavkovski Stit, Popradske & Baltizovske pleso) +Kitchen and restaurant is great, wide menu, the dinner is different every day. +Good sauna +Breakfast is good as well +Great local beer (Gerlach EPA), good cocktails +SPA is very limited, but what you expect on this height in the location just under the highest peak of Tatry. +Overall great hotel! this is not just usual mountain hut, but real multi-star hotel. +the fact it's possible to get here by your own car (despite permit is quite expensive) +wi-fi was even kind of enough for work (not perfect but video calls were almost uninterrupted, while after switching off the video it's kind of ok).

-Very expensive. You spends 0.5k$ ! for 2 persons for 2 night stay here (room + dinner + parking + 1 beer... ) :( -Spa is quite limited (this is not an issue at all, however you shouldn't go here specifically to stay in SPA resort :) )

The best location. Beautiful views. Really cozy vibes, beautiful fireplace in the lobby. Very stylish. Great atmosphere. Exceptional service in the restaurant, the staff in the restaurant was always ready to help. The food was delicious. I really liked the wellness, it is not too big, but with great view from the relax room, the music was not too loud. We travelled with a little baby and the staff helped us with everything. They stored our carseat at the reception so we do not have to have it in our room during pur stay. I definately recommend this hotel and I am pretty sure we will come back.

Owesome location, nice and modern premises and rooms. Delicious food!

Wellness is quite small and requires previous booking at the reception, in the evening it is limited to 1 hour. However, this is understandable given the size of the wellness and location of the hotel.

Buffet dinner was really high quality. Breakfast was also very good. We walked here from Tatranska Lomniky along the Tatranska Majestrala. Wonderful location in the hills.

Perhaps it would have been good to have a wider selection of Dairy free options. Wifi a bit slow.
