Lovely modern yet rustic hotel. Walking distance to the lifts/slopes. The room was comfortable and warm. The staff was friendly and helpful, also over whatsapp in English after it became clear we did not speak english. The breakfasts were nice with local/polish flavors. The highlight was the sauna and the jacuzzi which we visited every evening. The hotel was accomodative vs our wish of an early check-in and late checkout, which was greatly appreciated.

The wifi wasn’t great, but we suspect that has more to do with the general network not being great, so not specific to this hotel. The breakfast could have benefitted from some additional fruit selection. Any stay here benefits from having a car, as most restaurants are some ways off.

everything is very good. Very homely atmosphere. Great location close to ski lift. Delicious food, comfortable rooms. The spa was great. There is a large parking lot, you can come at any time. We were late, but dinner was waiting for us in the room along with complimentary champagne.

For 4 days they never cleaned the room, it would be very cool if they updated the water in the room. Lack of variety at breakfast and it would be cool to update it right before the end. It would also be nice to make a choice of dishes for dinner, otherwise you don’t know in advance what you will eat. Also will be great to change the soap in the room, it doesn't wash off very well. Also swap the tennis and billiard tables, no one could play billiards normally, as there is not enough space. If you fix these little things, this will be the best hotel. thanks)

It was good place. There is no kettle fridge in the rooms but there is a small kitchen which has kettle, fridge, tea. Peaceful environment.

There is a Neighbour (I don’t know it is a hotel or a private house); smoke was coming from their chimney. It was very disturbing for sitting outside, opening windows, etc.

I'm still trying to fi d anything to complain about.. ok, the pool table could be more quality one. But that was for me and Son snd we love to play biliard. Everything else is perfect. Just PERFECT

Amazing B&B all together. Superb location if you are a skier/boarder as it’s only a short walk away from a drag lift which is a part of the bigger ski area. Spacious and comfy rooms. Tasty breakfasts and dinners. Nice and welcoming staff

One day omelette was not cooked enough. It could be fridge in the room and electric heater in bathroom for wet clothes

The rooms were great - clean, well-arranged, spatious. There was a small kitchen next to our room. The staff was friendly and the meals we had were delicious. We were late for our dinner when we arrived and the staff was so nice to leave it for us in the room.
