Great location. Close to many walking routes if you into hiking. Room was OK basic but had everything we needed for comfortable stay. Very good breakfast, plenty of choice, great scrambled eggs and "racuchy" 😊 evening meals we're OK, not great, we had duck it was a bit dry but great dumplings with it. Very good soups, schabowy and trout was great. Plenty of choice for alcohol. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Spa was amazing. We booked Hamam ritual, we had it together with my husband and it was certainly interesting, well led by Damian, finished with relaxing massage, really worth trying. We had classic masagge with Martyna also and after all day hiking it was amazing. Also saunas and swimming pool is top notch, staff will open swimming pool for you whenever you want, (as is only open from 3pm on weekdays) so we had pool for ourselves couple times.

Noisy people in the relaxing area in the spa. But spa area is so big you can just go relax somewhere else. Evening meals could be better, but we only stayed 2 nights so we did not try a lot from menu. Tried apple pie and was not great.

When I'm in Bielsko Biala I normally book this hotel for the position, the services and kindness of staff.

As suggested last time to SPA attendants, hotel managemnt should place some panels in the SPA with "SILENCE PLEASE". Many guests infact continuously talk in the sauna, in the turkish bath and the relaxing area. SPA is not a lounge bar, everybody can stay 15 minutes without talking...

Absolutely wonderful, friendly and professional staff, great chef - food was delicious, clean and cozy rooms and very atmospheric spa. Beautiful garden, nice biking trails nearby. Massages were great, I feel 10 years younger:) Remember to visit the city centre - it's a bit far but worth it, it was called "Small Vienna" for a reason and it's not stuffed with tourists.

- nice wellness area, although it can be quite full especially in the evening. Indoor pool, finnish sauna, steam sauna, salt room.. - excellent breakfast, very tasty & plenty of options to choose from - good parking area in front of the hotel

- maybe a bit outdated room furniture - wifi wont keep me connected & I had to re-connect very often - thin walls, so you can hear whats happening at your neighbors

This was my first time in Poland, the hotel was very nice as were the staff. The location suited my needs and I am likely to return on my next visit. Food was good, room was clean and comfortable.

The air-conditioning unit could have been quieter and more effective. Apart from that, no issues at all.

Excellent location and food, I have come here many times now and will be back very soon. An English speaking TV channel would be nice?

No totally under the hotels control, but the drunk people singing at 03:00 on my last trip weren't appreciated.

Hotel staff very helpful! All hotel Very clean. SPA nicely arranged for privacy and relaxation.

No coffee maker, nor microwave oven in the room. Breakfast had a very limited selection of fruits. No fruits and vegetables that should be in season and locally available. No exercise equipment available.

Room "comfort plus" was really big, comfortable, clean and relaxing. Much better than "standard plus" rooms. It's not my first stay in this hotel: breakfast is absolutely very good as weel as restaurant for dinner. All hotel staff is very kind and professional.

Breakfast selection could have been better, no fresh squeezed juice or grapefruit juice. Same hot entries every day. Breakfast area in her real was too warm…better air con needed.

Nice location and friendly staff. Breakfast choices were good and dinner very nice. My wife did miss having tea making facilities in the room and the large square pillow takes a bit of getting used to.
