The hotel is in an amazing location, close to everything, it’s located pretty much inside the Sfera shopping center (there’s an exit leading straight into it), which can be a plus or a minus, depending on who you ask. For us it was completely fine, even great. There is also quite a good restaurant in the hotel. The best thing in the hotel is that they have free water dispensers in corridors, with still, moderately sparkling and very sparkling water.

The room was pretty clean, but it didn’t feel clean because of an old stained carpeted floor in the room. The single beds where really uncomfortable, the pillow way too thin. The view from the room is also not the greatest, since it’s staring directly onto a busy roundabout. With windows closed it wasn’t too loud though, unless there were motorcyclists around…

The location was great (I didn't check the location so at first I didn't know that the hotel is in the centre). Everything I needed in the hotel, I had it. Staff was very kind and helpful. Loved the time I spent there.

Personally, I have no complaints, but my boss says he couldn't sleep well because he heard some kind of noise throughout the whole night. He said it sounded as if someone above or on his floor was rearranging the furniture. We didn't get to ask the staff about it, as we forgot to. I personally didn't hear anything and slept really well.

The breakfast spread was excellent, so we really enjoyed that. Otherwise, the location is conveniently close to the train station and not far from the main town square. The staff were really helpful too. So, all in all, a positive experience.

I found it just a little pricey for what you get, but on balance I would definitely stay here again.

Food selection is limited but quality is generally good. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Location is ok, not to far away from the main squares.

I don't think I will ever get used to the small duvets and pillows that are in many Polish hotels. Dinner menu could be more extensive and gets boring after a week, which means you have to eat at different locations.

Good location, close to shopping mall, mini-markt and land mark like Frog House. Clean & safe, plus with quiet even located near street and big town.....i recommend 💕

Not a big topic but parking area may need to add into info to be clear direction. The parking building near Hotel at 5th floor and able to entrance from there to hotel directly. 😊 that would easier for new visitor....

Very good Hotel in center of Bielsko. Is in the SFERA commercial gallery. You can park your car inside the SFERA parking and get directly into the hotel. Is not very comfortable because it closed during the night. The room is quite simple but clean and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is quite various and the food is international with a small part dedicated to polish food. We liked.

Probably the best hotel alternative in the heart of Bielsko-Biala. Safe and guarded garage topfloor parking free for hotel guests. Excellent breakfast with top quality content. Excellent wifi and big screen Smart-TV including international channels. Friendly and Englishspeaking staff.

Qubus is good choice for private and business travellers. Thanks to its excellent location in centrum, it is a good starting point for visiting Bielsko-Biala or travelling other cities by train. It has nice, clean rooms, and various breakfast in the morning. Even for last minute reservation, price is one of the best in centrum you can get for quality.

as always in Qubus hotels - very good and tasty breakfast. Free parking at the shopping mall parking. Nice rooms.

when exiting the parking ticket did not work, I had to go back to the reception (now I know that need push button and talk to reception in this situation). It seems we got one of the last rooms at that weekend and it was big two rooms apartment. The apartment was good but probably it was not used often, so it was arranged less than ideal and smelled of chemicals

Location, location, location. Free parking with plenty of parking spaces. Staff friendliness.

Overall it's a good hotel. Outdoor breakfast area needs a proper cleaning, the deck has not seen a jet wash for a while. Value for money is not as good as it used to be, the rates became more expensive, however no changes were made to the facilities.
