Excellent location right near centre and main square

Room was very warm

Good place near old town, good breakfast, accepts with dogs, fancy interior, friendly staff.

Earplugs should be necessery, as sound insulation is not very good - under windows there is tram line and neighbours had a party, so recommend to have at least your own. Hotel is pretty fancy, but some places could be better - our pets toy rolled under the bed, and when I tried to take it out it looked like no one vacuumed it in months or years. Curtains with small holes, might be a good time to change. It is nice, that room had bath, but if you want take a shower only - you have to hold shower head in hand. So few places to fix, but overall it was a good stay.

This hotel is full of character! Great looking from outside and inside building, however the rooms need some updating (still comfortable and pleasant to stay in), this hotel was truly a great place to stop in Bydgoszcz city, and if you are looking for a character with a comfy bed in the room, and want to be right in the heart of city, this is the place!!!! Staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very helpful and polite.

The room has not been cleaned every day, despite cleaners being to our room to empty the bins and leave the bottles of water.

The hotel was great, beautiful, nice, perfect.

The price for parking the hotel, 60 Zlots a day, after paying for staying at the hotel.

Interior is marvelous. Overall it was very satisfying stay: - early check in (around 12pm); - I was suggested room for my preference - quiet or with view to the center of the city, but noisy; - lot of cosmetics in bathroom (even shaving pack and toothbrush and toothpaste), slippers; - coffee, plain and sparkling water and tea in the room. A whole bath, not a shower tube. On Saturday and Sunday breakfast are up to 11am. Takeaway sandwiches and to go coffee at breakfast were great addition.

The curtains were torn and dirty (room 400). Not a complain, just observation - there was no head light in my room, only floor lamps. Orange juice was a disappointment - it tasted like powder juice(

Architecture of restaurant and staircase, atmosphere, friendly staff, location directly in centre, old school feeling incl. real door key...

Bathroom, shower is behind normal standard (stand in the bathing tub, shower hose too short to reach hair, no reasonable fixation of shower head...). No aircon (if hot weather...). Noisy from floor, certainly depending on guests.

Very good location very close to the city center, The building and interion looked unreal with all the historic features both outside and inside, the tram stops just outside hotel so if you need to you can travel to further parts of the city, but the city center was very fast walk around 5 mins. Lots of food places and shops nearby, the area looks very nice.Highly reccomend this place

Trams going every so often and they were bit loud but with closed windows it wasnt as loud but overall the sounds werent bothering me.

Location is amazing! Walking distance to all main historical sightseeing. Very heritage hotel from 19th century) Tasty breakfast, polite staff at the reception.

There was no AC in the rooms, a bit noisy, especially when you have windows pointing to the main street. Not so many toiletries in the bathroom

Very cool grand old vibes, even if a bit old. Toiletries provided. the breakfast buffet was excellent.

No safe in the room. I wasn’t expecting there to be, I just wish all hotels provided them. There was also some kind of party/event going on downstairs and the music was VERY loud for after 10pm on a Tuesday night. I would have liked to have been warned so I could have prepared, as I had to get up very early for a work event.

I used to spend summers in Bydgoszcz visiting my grandmother and always remembered the beautiful building of the hotel. It was an absolute pleasure to be able to come back to the city and spend a night there! My 7 years old loved it too, amazing old features, staircase, breakfast room… excellent location for sightseeing, very good breakfast and friendly staff. We will definitely be back!
