Excellent facility with close access (walking to) Old Town and other attractions. Beautiful facility and great staff.

Parking arrangements, once we finally figured them out, were very nice in an underground parking garage with additional charge I was not aware of in advance. Nonetheless, it was nominal and very secure so no huge issue. However, communication as to how to arrive and where to park even temporarily needs better explained up front. Part of issue is language barrier. One other item is once parked you were forced to walk a distance vs having a private access from the garage into the hotel. It was an odd set-up but it worked in the end.

I like the energy in the hotel, new things to learn how to design my own environment for clients.

Basic cleaning, i used the spoons and cups. They wasn't changed or cleaned. There was glasses by the window for 2 nights before i left, never collected. Yes i could have done it myself, but its not my job to keep the hotel tidy. I was thinking why didn't the cleaner (room maid) even pick it up? My room light started flickering at night randomly. And i saw a 'silverfish' in the shower room twice. So i am very confused on that area of cleaning. I believe the restaurant and cleaning service do not work as a team together, is why things are ignored. I've never come across this ever before, as a Professional chef in hotels. No team work is bad for business.

Clean and tidy, service provided clean cups, and teabags/coffee sachets every day, fresh towels every other day, and emptied the room bin frequently, there was a kettle to make your own drink, the beds were comfortable and showers hot. Lovely location right near the Wyspa Młyńska with the view on the river.

The mini fridge was quite loud so we had to unplug it, otherwise we wouldn't be able to sleep much, there also was a smoky smell inside so we didn't keep anything in it, we didn't complain as we had no need for the mini fridge but if it's something you need I doubt asking the reception for another clean would be much of an issue :) For those who don't like getting up early I wouldn't recommend as the nearby church bells ring at around 6/7am every day. The hotel only provides cups and teaspoons so you would have to bring your own plates and cutlery if you're planning on preparing your own breakfast.

Very friendly hotel, fantastic breakfast. Location on the River was excellent. Immaculate throughout. Short walk to town centre which is one of the cleanest I have ever seen. Lots of regeneration taking place to enhance the beauty of the town. A walk along the river bank is the icing on the cake. We will be back

The room and bathroom were very clean, and the view from the windows was very nice. Very friendly staff. The breakfast included was fantastic, even for someone vegetarian. Very close to the Old Market, only few minutes on foot to it.

No hairdryer, no plates (even a small one) in the room, and only one spoon.

The hotel is in a beautiful position and offers very good value for money. The reception staff, Zuzonno in particular, we’re so wonderfully friendly, helpful! and efficient. The hotel itself has so much potential and could, with investment, be the most sought after place in Bydgoszcz! Instead it is very basic but that does mean it’s price is very competitive.

It would have been nice to have the rooms cleaned every day, rather than just once during our six-night stay.

Amazing location, on the redeveloped Mill Island (10 minutes' walk to the old town square, about 25 minutes' walk from the central railway station). Very friendly, polite and helpful staff on reception. Incredibly good value for a private room. Tasty buffet breakfast (optional).

The mattress on the bed was very, very soft - I generally prefer something a bit firmer. But this is a minor quibble.

Excellent location, next to the city square and a beautiful river. Amazing for a walk and relaxation there!

The only issue I faced was the restaurant opening times! There was a document in the room mentioning the opening hours of the restaurant but they were wrong and I didn't have a dinner there!

A decent size of double room, many towels ready, Location just in a mill island, quiet neighborhood, easy to find, the design of the building

I had a little problem with the hotel when I check out but we figured out. As the people who previously stayed here mentioned, there was a spider net in my room. But then, all the others were clean except that.

Great location, nice building with views, close to Old Town and Młyn. Very good breakfast and helpful reception staff.

Rooms need updating, but still clean and comfortable
