Perfect location two years steps from the Green Gate and history Center, perfectly clean and quiet rooms, comfortable mattress, helpful and discreet staff. Good breakfast, essential but there is everything. Accommodation fully recommended!

Unfortunately there is no elevator and it could be difficult to reach the higher rooms, for those who have some mobility problems (mine was on the 4th floor). A few more choices for breakfast. The pillow may be too low.

Great location, friendly staff, calm and perfectly suitable room for a short stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again, can surely recommend to anybody who considers staying in Willa Biala Lilia.

Although it did not bother me at all, wifi was very weak and unusable. I am not sure why exactly, could be just some temporary issue or specific to this room.

Guy in his 40s spoke very good English having stayed in London .couldn't do enough.nice breakfast although strange way of getting it.had to tick boxes and breakfast was brought out instead of hys.understandable during covid but Poland doesn't care now.

72 stairs to 4th floor due to no lift.couldn't check in earlier than 3pm.

I loved the location - few minutes of relaxed walk from Neptune statue. I really liked the staff, they are friendly and helpful enough to feel welcome but not overwhelmed :). The facilities are clean and comfortable but the rooms are pretty small. It was fine for me as the location beats everything. True value for money. I did not use breakfast as few meters from the hotel there is a french brasserie run by a French guy and as the weather was fantastic, it was much nicer to eat outside. Wyspa Spichrzow, where the hotel is located is newly refurbished so you have plenty of restaurant within 3 min walk from the hotel.

I was all happy but the hotel does not have lift and has room up to 4th floor. I was fine as I got room at 1st floor.

Excellent location in the city center! The staff was very welcoming and helpful, and breakfast was a great deal for its price. The room was a bit old-fashioned but clean and comfortable.

The walls were quite thin.

The position of the hotel in the historical center, very close to the main attractions; walking distances from Ulica Dluga 3 minutes, from the Golden gate (Zotla Brama) 7 minutes, from the museum of the Second World War about 15-20 minutes, from the main railway station (Gdansk Glowny) as well as the bus station (Dwozerc Autobusowy) 20 minutes (useful to know if you want to get to Sopot and Gdynia by train or by bus - Flixbus). You can leave your luggage for free before as well as after the checkin/checkout. The staff is very kind and smiling, thanks to their kindness we checked in before the scheduled check-in time since our room was already ready. Thank you so much. Good wi-fi connection for free. For my Italian friends, it's important to speak English because the staff doesn't speak Italian.

There is no air conditioning (but it was not a big deal because the first two days wasn't too much hot ), just a traditional fan a little bit noisy (especially if used at night while sleeping). If you need clean towels you have to ask for them at the reception. Too much light comes through the curtains at night.

Location is totally great! Staff is really helpful and friendly. We traveled with a car and hotel had parking spot (pre-reservation is needed).

Location is excellent-next to the river and one of the gates to the Old Town. The room was clean and comfortable, the owners/staff - very polite and forthcoming. Ihave not tried the breakfast, so can not comment on it.

The only thing I disliked was the view&noise from the parking of the opposite hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is super good in the heart of Gdansk. It was realy clean and comfortable and affordable. I Highly recomend it!
