Nice clean room in a great location, the breakfast was good with a mix of hot a cold food, fried eggs and omelettes available on request although not advertised.staff we’re friendly and the decor of the hotel was nice.

No air conditioning, but we knew this when we booked. Wasn’t a big issue for us but it wasn’t overly hot whilst we were there, we could open the windows which helped keep the room cool. The room and the corridors had a bit of an overpowering smell of air freshener. These were small issues and we would definitely use this hotel again

Great location - couldn't ask for much better as close to everything. Great value for money. Bed is decent although I don't think I will ever get used to single duvets on double beds. Clean, decent bathroom, good water pressure. Guy on reception very nice and accomodating.

Phone hardly ever gets picked up, and the booking.com system doesn't seem to communicate with anyone directly at reception - just a bit annoying. I was going to ask for a super late check in but no one was picking up so I was worried they would think I wasn't going to turn up ( I didn't prepay and no one was answering the message I sent through booking.com or picking up the phone). Did not try the breakfast after checking it out - it didn't look great. Definitely can get better quality for less cost at either Pokusa bakery ( opposite) or Chwila Moment ( 5 mins walk).

We had a nice and cosy stay in this originally decorated hotel. The central location was perfect for a date night and we enjoyed dinner in one of the nearby restaurants. The staff was lovely. We requested wine glasses on arrival and they were provided. The bed was really comfortable. In the morning we enjoyed delicious breakfast and great coffee (a big plus for having non-dairy options for a delicious oat latte). Will definitely come back :)

Absolutely great place! Perfect location, close to: the railway station, Gdynia's downtown (with all the shops, pubs and restaurants), harbor/marina, and the city beach. Uniquely nice staff - especially, the ladies at the canteen. Breakfast is delicious, broad choice, freshness, and super taste of the food :) I like the processes at HOLA - all is well-thought-out, all is effective and pleasing the visitor (e.g. although there is no 24h reception desk, one can still call the service on the phone at any time and they will help you either remotely or someone will come along soon). The hotel has interesting interior - quite modern but with some historical, original elements like e.g. the staircase. All the design makes that place definitively cozy :)

Naturally, the price could always be lower.. However, it still seems to be quite good value for money! :) Also maybe the breakfast could be available a bit longer (now it is until 10:00, also on weekends and holidays).

Quirky boutique hotel right in the centre of the city. Staff very friendly and breakfasts were excellent. Pierogi bar next door but one is excellent

Only issue we had is that building alarm for next door went off one night - but not the fault of the hotel. Luckily I had ear plugs with me.

Excellent location, amazing staff, breakfast was superb with many choices, I especially liked all of the varieties of fish. The room was very clean, I also loved that there was a vending machine with basic items like deodorants and toothbrushes.

The beds were ok, but could be more comfortable. Bathroom had a sliding door which didn’t give enough privacy in my opinion.

Was there for a brief work related trip. Hotel was perfectly located near the city center, near the train station and has a taxi stand right in front of it. Lovely interiors, comfy and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast, the large choice for vegans was greatly appreciated!

The room did not have air conditioning. During the day it got quite hot in the room, but at night with the window open it cooled down.

The hotel is located within walking distance from the railway station and the beach, so it's a perfect choice to stay for a few days. Everything in the design is pink and cute, but at the same time the rooms are quite small but comfortable, and clean, and the breakfast is good. There are a lot of cafes, shops, and restaurants around, but I especially recommend visiting Mandu (dumpling place) located just next door to the hotel. In general, a great value for money.

We liked everything.

Our evening train from Gdynia was massively delayed, so I need to find somewhere to stay overnight. Hola Gdynia was perfect. Clean, short walking distance from Gdynia Glowna train station, very friendly staff. Exactly what you want for emergency stay.

The room was a bit small, but acceptable for one night stay.

It was overall good, no doubts, just a few things that made me a bit sad…but room is fine, everything is (or at least tries to look) new and modern, bed is comfy, breakfast was great!!

I had to wait at the reception for the owner(?) - and I wasn’t alone..if it wasn’t for two Polish guys, who knows how long I would have to wait - and funny thing is that owner(?) knew that I was waiting there… It was my second time here - drainage system is still pretty poor, but at least I didn’t flood my whole room after every shower - only after the last one on my 4th day… The worst thing of all - the room was messy..they obviously tried to clean and prepare it but I had a lot of black hair in the bed, bit of dirty sheets, dust was everywhere….now I’m angry at myself that I didn’t show it to the owner….
