The location was excellent for us. We were easily able to walk to restaurants, stores, beach, pier, and train. The rooms were very clean and accommodating. We felt safe and secure.

We had reserved apartments with washers, but none were in the rooms. However, they gave us access to a staff washer which was very kind. Several of our towels were very small and were tattered. We never found the reception/registration area the entire trip to talk to someone in person. We only were able to talk by phone.

Apartment is very silent and ideal for rest. Everything is ergonomic and comfortable. Whatever declared in Booking description - everything was provided. Own terrace is available. Small, but very useful Zabka market just nerby apartment. I recommend this property.

The pillows are too soft. All other is perfect

The locations was great, the shared washing machine was not ideal but workable, the pillows were not great and the apartment was meant to be cleaned weekly but it wasn't, I think a weekly clean and maybe a rug on the floor would make the stay a lot better.

Good location. Spacious. Everything that you might need is there. Lady at the reception very nice and friendly.

Good to know that it is more of a hotel rather than a flat. It was bit confusing with the keys however the lady at the reception explained everything.

Nice facilities and superb location.

I paid for the car park "in the fly" just next to my car and did not receive any receipt at all. I had a feeling that the staff was in hurry . I was waiting about 10 min before someone came in to show me where to park my car even though I had called 15 min before my arrival (as instructed). The staff was friendly but the fact that I did not receive the receipt and their rush was definitely uncalled for. .

The location is the best. Very close to the centre, stores, and restaurants. The place is cozy for one person or for a couple. Very helpful and cheerful staff.

The kitchen could have more things. The place is clean, but it can be a bit cleaner. There were only two rolls of toilet paper for a week of stay.

Very good apartment to be with baby (clean, calm, friendly, near all shops). We spent a month in our room, rebooked it several times and admin was always ready to help and support

Perfect accomodation.

Modern and clean apartment. Facilities like kitchen and bathroom have a high standard. High standard furniture and bed. Kitchen is well equipped. Would definitely recommend.

The room was a bit dark, but didn't bother me too much.

There where some miscomunication issues, but we sorted everything out and the staff were friendly.
