The welcome we received from the receptionist was very warming , made us feel very welcome, as did the other members of staff when we met them. The room was very quiet , no noise at all . The bed was very comfortable, no length restriction. The shower lovely and hot, shower cap may be needed by some. The breakfast is continental and varied , very nice. Location is very good , around 15 minutes to reach the old market square and a similar time to reach the Galleria. There is a car park for people who drive .

This place is a hidden gem. The building is beautiful, room was nice, the bed comfortable. But what really makes this place exceptionally pleasant is the warmness of the personnel. People at the desk, in the breakfast room, they are just doing their absolute best to make the guests feel at home.

We had a few favors to ask at the desk, and our requests were immediately met. They went out of their way to make us feel welcomed.

A perfect place for staying when you travel from Ukraine to Poland and back (about 20-30 min from the border). An excellent old manor built in the beginning of 19th century with rooms decorated in old fashioned style with very well preserved antiquarian furniture. A breakfast is served in the old ballroom with a strong flavor of 19th century.

We were staying in this hotel for one night while travelling. Because of the huge delay at the border, we arrived at 3:30 am. Even at that time we were met by an extremely friendly employee, who greeted, explained things and given the key. Thank you so much for that! Further, we were very happy with the hotel. The beds are very comfortable for a sleep. The hotel is close to the Jaroslaw ring and has a free parking onsite. Couple of small things to improve are - blanket on the bed was too small for two people to sleep under it. During the summer it is no problem at all, but I expect it to be a problem during the cold times of the year - I would suggest to change the coffee machine in the restaurant to brew coffee from the real beans for a better taste instead of using liquid coffee concentrate

Comfort, clearness and breakfast It is excelent place for travelers who need wake up early in the morning and drive fast to Ukrainian border in order to cross it quick, without lines.

First of all, the hotel is perfectly located, in a quiet place with a backdoor garden, yet in a close vicinity to main city attractions. Staff is super friendly and has extra accomodated all my needs including delayed checkout. Sure to return again! Highly recommended

There was only instant coffee machine but the breakfast was really good, rooms were spacious, staff very kind and helpful. Free parking.

Esthetics and staff are key to staying at any hotel. This property was such a pleasant surprise. Interior was like an old mansion but upgraded with new bathrooms and furniture. Staff were beyond praise. One woman has been working there for 21 years. She must teach client service classes

This is a stylish and very well maintained property close to main attractions of Jarosław. The staff is very helpful and eager to fulfill all requests. Great breakfast. Rooms and all the property is spotless clean. Would recommend to anyone.

Well designed hotel with a nice garden, the big and clean room with good TV with youtube, beautiful and comfortable furniture, free parking, very comfortable bed with excellent bedding, good breakfast. Very polite people at the reception :) Nice place to have rest!
