Good price. Park, stores, Mcdonalds nearby. Friendly staff. Elevator to higher floors. A bed for a Child on request. A kettle in the room.

Expensive breakfast. Parking at additional Cost (free but not monitorem parking is available).

The reception was very nice, we checked in at about 20:00 at night and we were trying to find how to get to the Katowice International Bus Station - Sadowa Transfer Station the next day (there is no entry for that in Google Maps, it's in Polish). Not only did she help us, she found us three different ways to go there by bus from a nearby bus station. The room and the bathroom were very nice, clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately, the location isn't very close to the center of Katowice, but it isn't far, too. You can go there by bus from a nearby station, and the waiting isn't long, even in heavy snowing days.

The hotel is clean, tidy, perfectly equipped. Very convenient for an overnight stay when passing through. Breakfast is delicious and varied.

We went as two couples with children. So we booked 2 rooms 2+1. We were hoping to get at least a extra bed for the child. Although we indicated the ages of the children in the Booking system, for some reason the hotel understood that we would be staying with babies. Therefore, the rooms had only 2 single beds and they were not very wide. We had to put 2 beds together ourselves so we could sleep over, but they weren't wide double beds. The height of the child is 152 cm, almost like an adult, so 3 people had to sleep on two narrow beds. It was very uncomfortable.

Considering that this is a 3-star hotel: good value for money, proper breakfast, good location for people who want to actively spend time in Valley of the Three Ponds. Even though it is right next to the highway - it was pretty quiet inside.

Pillows could be more comfortable and the bed itself (especially mattress) could be more solid, but this is jus me being picky and to be fair it was still OK.

The room was brilliant and was consistent to the first time we stayed there which was a year before. The staff are nice and always try to help.

The location is far out from the centre (about a half hour walk) so if this is something that puts you off then I wouldn't stay there but you would be missing a treat.

I have stayed there before, also on the occasion of the OFF! Festival, and everything was just as previously. Check-in was smooth, the room was comfortable and clean, the hotel staff were pleasant and helpful, and I got what I expected, needed, and wanted.

Nothing to say. I have no complaints.

The breakfast is perfect!!! It was my second time staying in this hotel. And I have booked it in purpose becaue I loved it when staying for the first time. Everything was perfect! They have parking. And the staff is very nice. Will choose it again when I am in Katowice

Really nice room and the staff were friendly and the bathroom was modern. All very clean.

Location not very central and the view isn’t the best but you can tell that when you book it so not a surprise. Think 50zł for breakfast is quite a lot but I didn’t have it so it might merit that price…!

The hotel is very well maintained and has good size rooms. Wifi was strong. The hotel is in walking distance to shopping mall and center.

Hotel had a bar and restaurant. If you arrive after 6pm the menu availability was sparse (but food still tasty)

Good place for a stay, has everything necessary, everything was clean, staff was always helpful and the cleaning lady was really nice and helpful despite me not knowing Polish. I had to get to the hotel at 4am due to my flight back and it was still possible to check in, which is a huge plus! (for future guests, you have to book for the night of arrival as well)
