Great location near the train station. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Walking distance to the main sites in the city. Cheap and clean. Huge room with balcony and sofa.

Socket coming out of the wall, radiator leak and poor Wi-Fi. Cleaner tried to get into my room before check-out.

The location was amazing. It was easy to walk to market square and to pretty much everywhere in the city center. From the market square it was easy to catch buses and trams to different destinations.

It was easy to hear when people were hanging out in the kitchen. There were children on the same floor while I was staying in the hostel and I could hear them screaming and running around constantly. For me it was not a problem but if someone is a light sleeper it may be good to take into consideration that it can be noisy.

Although this is a hostel, it has a pleasant homely atmosphere. The kitchen has everything you need, there are enough toilets and showers - there are no queues. The rooms are large and include desks for work.

The windows face the street and there is a little mix of noise from passing cars. However, after 23:00 it becomes quiet and we slept peacefully with the windows open. A small detail - a separate fee for towels, which was not mentioned at the time of booking. This is small money (1.5 euros for 1 set), and if the towels were included in the price, we would not even notice. But it turned out that first we went up to the room, found the lack of towels and went downstairs to pay a few euros.

For the price and duration of stay (1 night), we felt comfortable staying at the hostel with family. The receptionist was helpful even though we had some language challenges. Walking distance to train/bus station and to the center.

May be that we had many people in the hostel. A bit more cleanliness should be maintained.

Very good location, just a couple of minutes away from the bus and train stations and ~10 min away from the main square. I was in a need of a single room with a desk to work that they have. It was comfortable enough. The kitchen and bathrooms (I had 2 in my wing) are very clean.

Not much soundproofing, but I got lucky with my neighbors and it was not that noisy. Wi-fi is very bad - constant disconnects and slow speed.

The light of the kitchen in the first floor was not working so we were going upstairs to use the kitchen in the upper floor. Please fix it. We came very late and there was not towels in the room,a poster said that towels needed to be pay but at the time we came no one was available to hire the towels. I requested to get spare pillows by email but my email was ignored

The staff was very kind, the room was big and clean, several bathrooms with showers were located in the floor.

They were under renovation when we arrived. Surely, new guests will have an even better experience.

The room was quite spacious, there 2 balconies. It was really good, and location was super.

2 out of 4 heaters were not working. I told them this, but there was no correction

The location of the property was excellent, just about ten minutes from the main area with bars and restaurants close by.

Needed clear instructions on how to operate the heating system as it was cold at night.
