Excellent location close to the Hala Forum with a great range of bars and restaurants and beautiful breakfast. Approximately 30min walk to main square,20 min to Jewish quarter. Beautiful view from terrace. Rooms cleaned frequently and ideal base for city break

As other reviews stated the stairs may be an issue for some people.superior rooms appear to have a better staircase so may b worth the upgrade. River very busy with boat tours on Saturdays (other days not as busy) can affect privacy but wasn’t something that bothered us. Church bells ring at 6.30 on several mornings. Despite these few issues we would definitely stay again as the positives outweigh the negatives and we loved our stay

Beautiful properly in lovely location Gorgeous views from the room, and I loved the gentle rock of the property with boats going past or strong winds - it wasn’t too much though. Staff were attentive and very nice, as primitive English speakers ourselves we greatly appreciated that they all had brilliant English making it easy to communicate. Bed was lovely and comfy, two big pillows and a soft duvet and sheets, like sleeping in a cloud. Provided robes were lovely and comfy as well, handy for walking about the room and covering up from the tourists that can see in the room. Location was good - about a 25-30 minute walk to anywhere in the Old Town / main city, which flew in as the infrastructure in krakow is beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Breakfast was very limited, we didn’t have it once after paying the extra for it. I’m sure it would be nice for less picky eaters but the 5 or so choices had nothing suitable. Many boat tours of people constantly going by, which wouldn’t be so bad if the people on the boats weren’t looking inside the room/ recording you inside your room. Not a deal breaker but definitely a little uncomfortable considering the wardrobe and that are in full view of the other tourists. Essentially the hotel guests are the tour’s entertainment! It definitely felt as though some of the boats deliberately got close to the hotel so people could look. Bathroom ventilation not great… beware letting go of your dinner and open the windows and spray perfume lol! No fan inside it.

The location was good but it is quite a walk into the old town/main market square, however we knew this prior to booking this hotel. The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was good but you ate across from the hotel in a restaurant called Hala Forum which was a bit different from the norm. Our room was great it was like an apartment with the bedroom being upstairs, and we had access to Netflix free of charge, the Wifi was also very good.

Our only disappointment was that you couldn't sit out on your terrace after dark due to the mosquitoes which was a bit annoying as it would have been nice to do that when Krakow was all lit up and beautiful. This is not any fault of the hotel though as there are some things that are beyond their control.

Perfect location, great views, cozy rooms, good breakfast and coffee, very polite and friendly staff. Stairs to the bedroom were a bit uncomfortable but it didn't ruin our impression.

I couldn't say that it was a negative thing but it would be nice to have some tent on the terrace, so we could use it during the day (it was extremely hot without a tent) Also, some restaurant service would be great - to be able to order food in the room. There was no laundry but receptionist recommended us the nearest self-service point.

Beautiful unique accommodation, although compact it had a room with a full terrace, that was the selling point for us, only stayed for 1 night but it is in a fantastic location on the river, beautiful views. The staff were really helpful and friendly, the sofa bed was very comfortable. There are plenty of places to eat, it did get really busy (Friday night), but the noise couldn't be heard from inside the accommodation.

Not a major issue but I thought because the accommodation stated 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed (that was one of the reason we booked - 2 separated beds) there would have been blankets left for the sofa bed but apparently you have to inform them at time of booking, the receptionist was lovely and able to get us a duvet.

The Reception are lovely and speak very good english and nothing is too much trouble for them , The bedrooms themselves where lovely my favourite hotel to date ! it is so quirky with its upstairs bedroom area. we had a little terrace which was perfect for sitting out and admiring the view of the water and all the historic building around . The bedrooms where very clean and modern and the bathroom was beautiful with a stone sink. the location was perfect for us it was about 20 minute walk from the old town however there was the hala forum which was just across the road which was always busy and had a good food court and plenty of bars . As you are on water you can feel a very slight sway from the water but this didn’t bother us .we only got back today and have already recommended to all my family and we will definitely be returning <3

New Port Hotel na Wisle is a very unique experience in a beautiful location on the Vistula River. In front of these gorgeous floating suites is the Wawel Royal Castle and Old Town Krakow across the river, right behind the hotel is a super hip, modern and one of a kind Hala Forum. Loved that we could walk to the Wawel Castle, stroll along the river, and make it to and from the Krakow Main station in just 15 minutes by tram. The space inside the suite is so well thought out! Nice touches throughout, from beautiful bedding and mini bar to easy Netflix streaming from your mobile device to lovely shower and of course, the most amazing river view terrace. The hotel is very modestly priced considering its central location, amenities, the friendliest people at reception, and the views! We loved everything about our stay here!

Everything was excellent!

The location is excellent. The staff are very friendly & helpful. The room is lovely and clean.

Ceilings are very low in the bedroom so you do have to constantly duck & be careful. Stairs are quite slippery & no hand rail so you again have to be careful.

we booked the room the same day at noon at an (officially) already discounted price. When we arrived in the evening we would have booked the same room with almost additional 50% discount.

Very modern and clean rooms with everything you need for your staying. Rooms with balcony have a superb view on the river! The staff is very complaisant. The location is 15 min walking from the old town, 10 min by car to shopping mall. Few meters from the hotel there are nice restaurants and bars.

The pitching on the water are pretty strong when boats pass trough and sometimes you can get a seasick as on the ship. The stairs to the second floor looks very impressive but less comfortable to climb to the bed. Low celling on the second floor and it is impossible to stand upright. The pillows are too soft, but it is very individually.
