Fair price, close to the old town, tram stop in front of the hotel, underground parking place for 30 Plz/night.

It would have been nice to have at least a glass for drinking in the room.

This is a decent 4 star quality hotel with a very good location. Modern, extremely clean and very comfortable rooms and facilities, which is characteristic of the whole hotel. The staff are emphatically helpful and friendly, whether it is the reception or the breakfast service. The choice and quality of the buffet breakfast, which is purchased separately, is entirely adequate. A very good value for money choice. With a small shop next door, a tram and bus stop in front of the hotel and the city centre a short walk away, the hotel's location offers a wealth of possibilities. As a family of 4, we had the maximum comfort and were the perfect choice for this high quality hotel. The parking solution was unusual at first, but it didn't cause any problems in the end.

The biggest plus was that the double bed is an actual double bed and not just two single beds pushed together, and that the airport bus 300 is starting exactly in front of the hotel, making it easy to pick up the bags on the last day and heading straight off to the airport. Other than that, the check-in and check-out are super simple and fast, the doors operate on locks with numeric codes so there is no room key to loose, which is wonderful. The room was clean and modern, the windows were isolating from the noise of the street very well (although not perfectly). The hotel is a comfortable foot walk away from Kazimierz and Wawel as well as Rynek, making it a great location for a weekend trip.

The A/C, even when putting it onto the lowest temperature, didn't cool down the room noticeably. Also the soap/gel dispenser in the shower was mounted in a position in which you are bound to crash against while showering.

Location was perfect, tram and bus stop outside the door, river 5 minute walk away, bars/food hall just 10 minute walk away. Very quiet hotel. Good range of food for breakfast each day definitely worth including. There was a kettle and mugs in room but not listed in amenities but a bonus.

Everything was good, if I was being picky only 1 towel and pillow per person but asked for extra at reception and within 30 mins someone fetched extra to the room.

Very clean. Good value for money. The staff were helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. Great location for trams,, buses, and public transport for airport, railway station and Krakow old town. Walking distance to Jewish quarter and river. Extremely close to ICE.

The cost of the stay was very good and good value for money. However, if you are looking for extras in your room eg coffee/tea facilities, phone but for the price it is very good. Tea facilities are available in the lobby and ironing area..

Nice option to stay for a couple of days. The ICE Congress Center is just across the road, like, literally one minute to walk, so if you plan to book a hotel for a concert night -- yes, this is the perfect spot. Rooms are clean, I loved the bed, it was super-comfy. The lady at the reception was very sweet, welcoming, and nice, and all the check-in process lasted a minute or something :)

If you are noise-sensitive, take earplugs with you because the room with windows facing the main road may be noisy (cars, trams, buses, all that stuff).

Friendly and helpful staff. Room had plenty of space and was clean. The location is great - right near bus and tram stops, near the river. Price to quality ratio is great. Would probably stay here again, good for a short term stay. Coffee/tea machine and snacks in the lobby.

Room was very cold. I turned off the ac right after I walked in, and had to put on a hoodie. Bathroom was small. A little bit renovation is needed (fallen paint on bathroom ceiling, dirty walls in the room). And a kettle with cups and tea/coffee in the room would be great.

The only issue I had was that there was no parking spaces left when I arrived. Whilst I know it’s not possible to reserve a place, the staff should be able to provide decent local alternatives. I was told the next option was in another hotel nearly 1km away. Not something I wanted to hear after 7 hours of driving

Great location - only a short walk or tram ride away from all old town. The room was cozy and clean, although the bathroom was slightly worn, nice and firm bed. The room was quiet, there was a nice urban view from the top floor. You can choose to add breakfast as you check in. The breakfast is nothing special - average hotel breakfast selection. Overall - this is a decent hotel for the pricepoint.

The room is air-conditioned and the windows are locked, so the air gets a bit stuffy. The soap and shower gel available in the bathroom was very poor quality and very watery.

The price is good, the center can be easily reached by public transport, parking is good, the staff speaks English. And a very, very tasty breakfast. A very big plus is that the rooms have air conditioning

the staff didn't tell us exactly where the parking lot was, even though we had already paid extra for it, they didn't ask for the car number, the parking lot didn't open, we had to drive through the exit side
