Good hotel in the city centre with parking.

But we had problem with parking when we arrive, they said that they didn't have free space. Even more we booked parking space in advance and hotel confirm it. Fortunatly they solved this problem. Some of the staff was very aggressive and didn't want to listen and solve problem. But it was not all the staff, others were very friendly.

It was a perfect stay. Clean bathroom and room overall and comfortable beds. Soundproof - 100%. We heard 0 noise in our room from the hall or windows. Close to bus station, shops, city center. Friendly customer service, we were allowed to leave our bags for few hours after check out. I`m sure they will help you with anything you might need. Breakfast was simple but we enjoyed it.

Every thing was more or less fine. Girl is receptionist was really kind and helpful and despite some problems with english she really tried to communicate.

Not that I don’t like but guesrs must know that in parking has same restrictions in hights.

The location is great, close to old town and main square. Clean reception area, fast check in. Room was basic but okay and clean. Plus for snack bar in reception area.

Very noisy morning if you are located on the ground floor. Staff could be more friendly (for example asked how was the stay on check out). One pillow placed on bed only. Not even a comfortable one.

The room was clean and quite, and the hotel is close to the centrum. They let us leave our luggages in a room next to he reception desk before and after the check in - out. Receptionist were friendly especially the girl with dental braces (sorry but I don't know the name :) ) I am not sure if I will come back to Lublin but for sure I will try to book my future trips with this hotel chain.

Good service from stuff, Thank You. Parking in garage. Location quite close to the old town, perhaps 10 minutes walking. AC in the room. Zabka near. Breakfast was good.

Narrow bathroom, but it was not an issue. One planket in double bed, uh.

New looking hotel in good location

Underground parking restrictions were wrong. Had to dismantle the baggage rack from the roof because of warning from the receptionist. Afterwards it appeared that the car fits well into the parking space and there are plenty more cars with baggage boxes on the roof.

Great location, near city centre, very nice and helpful staff, building is very clean - gold star for housekeepers, reasonable value for money.

I liked everything. Everything, from the lobby to the room, is new and clean. Comfy bed. Room access by password is very convenient, you don't bother carrying the key or card. 24 hr friendly reception.

It’s in a very good position for the city centre and is fairly new so nice and fresh and clean.

The bed was very hard and we had to ask for extra pillows as we only had one flat one each.
