Beautiful, modern hotel with unique style. Room has usb plugs, which was great for us traveling from Ireland and forgetting the adaptor. Very good location only 7-10 min walk to the old town. Old town can be seen from some rooms and corridors that are on the higher floor. Staff were very friendly. We requested to store our bags till room was ready, but to our surprise the room was ready for us when we arrived early. Tasty breakfast with plenty of choice. Has a lovely restaurant, the steak on the stone was a hit! Also has a little kids play area on the ground floor.

TV in the room did not have internet access, with limited English language channels would be handy to be able to access YouTube or Netflix. The restaurant was beautiful and food very tasty, but a lot of items listed on the menu were not available.

Very nice hotel within walking distance of all the main attractions that Lublin has to offer. Hotel is modern, well maintained, clean, and sufficiently equipped. We had the family room and were able to comfortably fit with our 2 kids. The room was quiet, bathroom was nice, beds were comfortable enough for our sleep. The breakfast was excellent and had something for everyone to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

I booked it last minute just an hour before very late check-in and we were greeted and met with smiles at late night: perfect and quick staff work, great breakfast, nice bar with good prices, perfect location- just few minutes walking to old town. Parking was available and comfortable. Rooms are small but cozy and absolutely clean and well equiped.Definetely love it!

There was no even a small fridge in a room, even though I understand it is not necessary for each treveler, but me personally I'd prefere to have one)

Hotel had pretty much everything needed. Staff helpful and friendly. Buffet Breakfast (included) offered good range of hot and cold options plus teas/coffees, juices etc. Hotel was on the edge of the old town across a busy road with plenty of pedestrian crossing points, plus near to a good shopping mall. Though the old town fantastic fountains especially at night, colour fully lit and well worth seeing in daylight as well as night

What a pleasant surprise this hotel is. Very good location, if you are on the 5th floor and facing the old town - spectacular views of rustic roofs and church towers, very charming. Super comfy bed, trust me - I am spoiled by nice night sleep, this was outstanding. Polish style breakfast in additional to the intercontinental, good selection of hot dishes and salads as well, yea this is all for breakfast! Would definitely stay again when in Lublin

Perhaps extra pillows to that queen size bed, but I booked for one,subs that was a reason

In time of war these people helped ukrainians to get some place to sleep and to eat. I am admire these people! Thank you very much for your humanity

Clean, conveniently located, new building. Stylish interior. The parking is roomy, there was a lot of space to park when we arrived. The staff at the reception was very nice. The room was spotless clean and the bed one of the biggest and most comfortable ones I've experienced. The location is 5 minutes walk from the Old Town.

Not a big deal, but the staff at breakfast seemed almost annoyed when I asked one simple question, nobody was smiling, and they seemed as they did not want to be there :( Then again, it was in the morning :)

This hotel meet my expectations. It has a high standard facilities. And it is a good price value. Located in the centre of the town you will need just 10 minutes walking to the old town. The rooms are very clean, sunny and well climatized with an excellent air condition. Breakfast is excellent and it offers a lot of different food. Hotel has his own parking so it very useful for those that are coming by the car. Hotel staff are very polite and friendly with a very good english communication skills.

Reception is open 24/7 what’s very useful, because I was travelling from Ukraine by bus and I didn’t know at what time I will arrive to the hotel. I texted them that I will arrive at around 2 am- 5 am so the receptionist was waiting for me and my room was prepared! The breakfast was very delicious and there were a lot of food! The staff was friendly, when I came to the restaurant! And also the restaurant was with really cool atmosphere.

Nice location, it’s close to the old city, meanwhile it’s new building and they have large free parking in front of the hotel and underground parking for additional cost. Also the next building is supermarket ( Biedronka).

It’s more like recommendation to add mini fridge to the room
