Everything - literally. Perfectly located with restaurants easy walking distance (3 minutes) to the left and central business district easy walking distance (4 minutes) to the right on exit. Very clean. Very comfy. Very stylish.

Nothing really, but one of the staff liked to argue with/lecture customers instead of listening to their requests. Not a great idea. Exceptional staffing otherwise.

This is not actualy didn't like - but keep in mind! Limited number of parking places. Could be better sound proof. Place is very active, don't dream about silence! For the hotel owners! Please take a small challenge with bath accesories! Soup is mixed 50/50 with water, no cups for coffee.

First of all, I would like to thank the staff of the hotel. Really they are friendly and cooperative too. They callled me to know when I am going to be arrived. Plus if I am going to be late, they told me how can I get in hotel even no body in the reception (after 10 PM). Second, the room was clean and comfortable. Everything was there fabulous. Thank you for your great hospitality and thank you for the welcoming juice too.! I really recommend for anyone.

Only one thing was not good but I think if they work quickly on it, they become the best. The problem was WIFI. The wifi was very weak. So, please try to do some improvement on this so you can compete with other hotels. While the rest of the things are brilliant.

Ola receptionist was spectacular helpful and proactive in her hosting during my stay. She kept me abreast of changes and gave guidance to eateries and local venues.

Female Manager or who was identified as manager never acknowledged my presence or spoke although she encountered me 3 times in one day. No laundry on premises for longer stay.

As for breakfasr it was just amazing, we loved it. Perfect location, and pleasant staff. The room was perfect, presentation and comfort was first cass, bathroom was modern and convenient. Loved everytging, i will certainly return for my next visit.

We were unable to stay longer in this trip.

Small parking place. Parking place for disabled is a scandal. Too small and hard to park in.

Incredibly helpful staff, as well as stylish and clean rooms. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The hotel team made it very comfortable and was there any time we had a question or needed help. The hotel has a sauna, it is quite small, yet exactly this makes it private and cozy. The rooms are big and have everything you need. From a team and coffee machines to radio in the shower and super soft towels.

Unfortunately, there is a strong smell of the pipes in the bathroom/shower area, as well as in the sauna. It doesn't translate into the room smell, yet it is hard not to notice it.

Room very very clean and spacious. Great bathroom and spotless. Amazing staff with friendly approach and tasty breakfast.

Struggled with adjusting temperature in the room but this is typical for me - all hotel rooms that they seem too warm! Upstairs there was a party going on till late hours which woke me up in the night so rooms could be a little more sound proof perhaps.

All was perfect. Greetings by hotel receptions, introduction, apartment and private car park all exceeded our expectations. And radio in a Bathroom :-) ( you can sing taking shower ) Very recommended!

Everything was ok. Just breakfast ( next door ) bakery was not working Sundays which was little surprise for us. But plenty bar/restaurants of choices in Poznan is an alternative

it was an amzing place honestly and the staff was amazing .. Ola was a great help to us 💜

we had no milk in the fridge and we stayed for more than 2 nights and we did not have anything to clean our dirty plates or glasses . that was the only thing l did not like .
