Very comfortable bed. Room was large. Good blackout curtains and acceptable sound proofing. Walking distance to main train station. Also short walk to Poznan town square and all the shops and restaurants. Hotel is opposite Stary Browar shopping mall which is an architectural masterpiece.

No safe in the room. The closet is the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen and pretty much useless. Lots of space for something much more practical. I had booked a room with a double bed and a couch but the couch was one of those sofa beds and it was made up as a bed with sheets and all… I would have preferred a couch to sit on… I didn’t need an extra bed.

The hotel is located in a modern high-rise building, just a couple of minutes from a tram stop. It's only a few stops from the main train station and within walking distance to the city’s central square and historic town hall. Right across the street, there’s a large shopping mall, which is super convenient. The room was spacious and clean, with a good air conditioner, blackout curtains, and solid soundproofing for a restful sleep. The bed was comfortable, and the room included a kettle with tea and coffee. There's also a microwave available in the lobby for guests who want to heat up food.

The location is an easy walking distance to both train station and old town centre. There's a massive shopping centre across the road, 200 plus shops in an old brewery, so you don't have to go far should you need to shop for anything! The Cafe at the hotel was excellent with food and service. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable; black out curtain was appreciated.

Note that the room does not come with a fridge. The hair-dryer was close to useless, have never had to operate the style that it was which provided little heat and little force.

Good afternoon. I would really like to share my impressions of your hotel. To be honest, my first impressions were not very pleasant, I can't say that the staff was very friendly and helpful. But when my family and I were already in Warsaw, we discovered that our passports were left at your hotel. We called the reception and said that we would soon come for our documents. Unfortunately, there was a small misunderstanding and our documents ended up in the lost property room. But everything was changed by one small, very helpful and nice girl Natalia!!! Thanks to her, I am now at home and writing this message!!!!! Natalia, thank you very much again!!! And of course to the girl who works in the bar (unfortunately, I did not find out her name) Only thanks to such people, you begin to believe in kindness!!!!!

Most of the staff are not friendly

We really liked everything. Children even got free teddybears. It was a simple clean hotel. When I was reading comments I was affraid we will not be able to sleep beacuse of the noise. But it was not so. We slepf very well, we did hear some trains but nothing to much. We were in teh 5th floor and the children were able to sleep the whole night normaly. Also air conditioning was great because it was hot outside. The prking garage was a nice addition, also breakfast was great and tasteful. Would recomend this hotel anytime. Location is 5 minuts to the park with a playground and also 5 minuts to the main street.

Fantastic location opposite Stary Bowar, close walk to the Old Town and short distance from the main train station. Very modern rooms and bathrooms. Good value for the money. Deserves a mention - KAMIL on reception, very helpful, efficient and pleasant check in despite the fact it was very busy ( New Year's Eve ), helped to order a taxi too. Our room was very quiet which was great!

Maybe in a future the hotel restaurant could expand further as it was fairly small for the size of the hotel

Good location and clean hotel.

One of the bar member older women very grumpy and very short with people. Take her out of the hotel and would have been a more pleasant stay. Shame the bar shuts dead on midnight! There is a bar next door / attached to hotel but they don’t allow you to take back to the hotel seated area. Shame no one informed us there was a play area or PlayStation available for kids. Had my son with me and we were informed by other hotel guests on our last night.

I recently stayed with my family and was thoroughly impressed. The staff, especially the receptionists and cleaning ladies, were incredibly helpful and kind. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh options every morning. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, combining quality service with affordability. I highly recommend it and will definitely return on my next visit.

Ibis Poznan Centrum is in a great location. Just a few steps away from Stary Brower, one of the top shopping malls in Poznan. I‘m very impressed with the service, especially Magdalena the front staff who is always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also very nice with variety of choices. The taste is good as well. Thank you for your great service. I‘ll definitely come back.

Was really good , really friendly staff. We are staying there for second time and didn’t regret that we choose this place. Perfect location close to everything what we needed at the day Pet friendly and that’s big YES YES YES Definitely will return

Breakfast was great but not as good as first time, but this is not complain I still love breakfast in this hotel. Bathroom I didn’t like almost slipped there, not comfortable better put showers there. After shower in bath water is all over place so I personally prefer shower. Soap too high for bath and too high for kids, they could not reach. Same applies to soap dispenser beside sink. But still this is just mine observation hotel is 100% perfect One thing what annoyed was that parking is expensive I mean in car park across the road in shopping center car park is cheaper then in hotel, you can pay for parking in hotel but that’s still more expensive if you pay at shopping center.
